I highly recommend bed mart. Mark, who delivered my mattress, went beyond and above. I use a cane, and I wasn't able to get some of the things on the new mattress that I needed to put on. Here he put everything on for me and after he was done. I discovered my door that I had propped open, had gotten stuck. He came back up the stairs and unstuck it for me. He spent about 15 minutes getting it unstuck. If you're looking for a new mattress, this is the place to come to bed mart in grant's pass.The salesperson was friendly and the delivery person mark was awesome.

Nate provided incredible service. He was able to save us huge money on the matteess and the up and down base. He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. He recommended we get fitted for a mattress using thier system. It was very helpful in eliminating mattresses that wouldn't offer the support my wife and I needed.

I highly recommend Bedmart in Grants Pass for its excellent customer service and care for their customers. I have been dealing with back pain lately and decided to see if my old mattress was the problem (it was). Shane was able to help me pick the perfect mattress and offer me lots of great information that I did not know about! Thanks so much Bedmart and Shane!

So I have been on a pillow hunt for 2 months. I had been waking up with headaches and neck pain from my pillow. I ordered 7 different ones from Amazon. They were all in the $50-$75 range, and they all went back. I went to every bed store in the Medford and Grants Pass area. From stores like Burlington, Ross, Fred Meyer to Macys, Mattress Firm and many, many others. I finally made it in to BedMart here in GP. The gentleman that assisted was friendly and helpful. They had a really good selection and wide variety of pillow types. I found the perfect pillow for me. He was able to get it to the store within a few days. I ran in and grabbed it and couldn’t be happier. It’s high quality and meets all of my needs. I’m tempted to go order second one so I always have a back up. Thankful the pillow hunt is over. I already know when it’s time for a new mattress I’ll be heading there first.
Highly recommend.

Loyalty from the 1st Visit. John represents his Company So Well , as he is not only Easy to talk
to ,But listens carefully to what the customer is wanting . If he is unable to answer a specific question, he contacts the owner & gets the information for you immediately ☺️
There was No Pressure to Sell a Certain Product,
Nor did I feel Rushed. I visited a few times before making my choice of a Temperpedic Luxe Adapt with an Awesome Adjustable Base . Couldn’t be Happier with the Entire Experience & will Recommend them to everyone I know ❣️

Mattress Land was great! I had to order a mattress but it wouldn't be in till 2 weeks, so the man there gave me a loaner until mine got in. That is above and beyond! Recommend Mattress Land!!

I went in to the store looking for a new pillow. I was greeted promptly and after reviewing the options, I was out the door with my wonderful new pillow in 10 mins. So happy with my new pillow!

Rochelle (who my wife and were working with) was incredible. She knew more about mattresses and how people sleep than anybody I’ve ever spoken to. She seemed to really listen and had solid advice, I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive bed. We ended up staying almost 2 hours past closing time because her and one of the store owners wanted to make sure we bought a bed that we loved and could afford. Highly recommended!

Best mattress buying experience ever! Great selection of quality beds, easygoing experience, and I needed a last minute delivery, which they made happen. There was a slight wrong which they went the extra mile to make right. That’s the difference between buying from a family run business and a corporate business. I highly recommend Mattress Land!
