I have consistently had amazing installation experiences with this hardworking shop. Mike and his crew are truly incredibly honest and fair in their estimates and do amazing work. They installed a complete Ironman 4x4 Foam cell Pro Stage 2 kit for me and also have done miscellaneous upgrades like upgrading my front driver-side bushing to a clamshell bushing from the prone-to-failure needle bushing on my 2015 Toyota Tacoma 4x4. They do great work and there is no place better around here for a true off-road and overland oriented shop. Not to mention, they sell awesome offroad gear and are a dealer for some excellent, boutique equipment manufactures like James Baroud!

TL/DR : Take Your Toyota Here For All Things 4x4!Super knowledgeable and professional staff on everything Toyota 4x4, makes me real bummed that I don't have anything like this near me in California.I stopped here on the way up the coast after being recommended this shop for my 3rd Gen Tacoma. I originally had intentions to get a particular lift done on my truck but after further discussion with the team, I was recommended an even more capable lift at a much better rate! Clark and the guys there were incredibly nice and even gave me a ride into town while my truck was in the shop. I had a lift and tires installed, all professionally done in good time with zero complaints or problems.Nothing but good things to say! Will return again when I am back in the area.

Mike went well above and beyond with his same day service. Took me to the hotel I was staying at. He then proceeded to deliver my truck back to the hotel after l I added more work for him when I showed up. Very friendly and professional highly recommended. Very few shops that take pride in their work like Mike’s.

I hesitate to talk him up too much, since it's getting harder to get an appointment ;-) But seriously, the reason is - he's the best. I feel very fortunate to have Mike's Custom Toys so close... those of us in Southern Oregon are fortunate MCT is in the neighborhood... dude is renowned regionally if not nationally, and for good reason. The work is impeccable, the advise is sage and the prices are exceedingly fair.

Mike is a true expert technician for everything TOYOTA. He and his team work fast and his pricing is exceptionally fair. We have 8 Toyota trucks in our family and Mike's is our go to shop. He is also an excellent source for retail aftermarket parts and truck toys. Top shelf service at it's best!

My icons shocks and struts were leaking and my tacoma had driveability issues. Mike did a great job fixing my pickup. He even gave me a ride to town while I wait for the repair. I am very picky and dont let just anyoneone touch my truck. Now my suspension feels like new and it’s fun to drive again. I really appreciate this shop doing such awesome job. The round trip of 9 hours of driving was worth it :) and I would definitely come back next time I need service.

On the fence about this place. They didn't have the parts they said they would when I brought my truck in. And the springs didn't have the amount of leaves they said they'd have. I'm feeling a bit like it was a bait and switch.

Hack shop. Don’t know how to wire anything. Drag a job out for a customer. Having to fix these hack jobs work. Stay away unless you hate money and want to pay twice for a job.
