I used them for about a year and a half. Never had an issue. Easy in, easy out. They make it very clear the gates close and lock on their own at 7pm promptly, so I always knew to not be in the facility after 7; and the fact that they have this in place made me feel more safe knowing that not just anyone can get in at any hour. Also you must enter a code to get in and out, every vehicle, for that added security. I'd say I paid a little more than most places around this area, but you deff get what you pay for. The lady who runs the front was always very friendly and very helpful. The place is always really clean, 10/10 recommend

Terrible storage facility. I've had problems with these people such as being unfriendly, not providing video of someone breaking into my property, and even had the manager deactivate my gate code while I was inside the property in an attempt to lock me in. Very unprofessional.

Was recommended this place by a few people! Just got my unit the other day and Tammy was so kind and helpful!! Security seems to be no issue with all the cameras and I'm excited to be able to move my items inside a lil each day! It was very pleasant getting it all set up and ready!

Tammy runs a great business. Very friendly and always accommodating when I had billing issues while traveling. Had a unit for almost 5 years. And when I left she sent a card thanking me for the business.

Used them for 4 yrs. Only 1 time was there a complaint. Was resolved quickly handled by the wonderful lady at the desk. Neighbor thought we were leaking a liquid. Proved it was his shiny floor not liquid.

I rented from here and the lady at the front desk was very professional and they had very good security cameras. Tammy at the front answered all of our questions and I was glad that she said someone lives on site to guarantee the place is being looked after even when the office is closed. I've seen other facilities that were very unsecure and with the increase in homeless people along the I5 corridor security was a big concern.Prices were fair and the lot looked very well maintained and clean. No broken down cars or busted RVs parked all over. Units were very sturdy looking and the seals on the doors were in good condition.I'll definitely call Tammy again if I need another unit. She didn't make us feel like a nuisance like another storage company did. Just very pleased with Mill Street storage.

ROBBERY! I would give them a no star rating if I could. The manager ' Tammy ' admitted to renting to someone who she said she thought was odd, coming in almost daily with many other people. The person was part of a criminal group, who proceeded to stay in the unit, and break into mutable units over a period of at least 2-3 weeks. They were able to use power tools, pry bars, and hammers to accomplish this, all without the Manager noticing the noise, or people staying overnight , even though the unit was very close to her on site house. ( Tammy admitted that she was afraid of getting fired over this! ) The break-in took place at the beginning of May. I was not notified until the 31st of May , and was told to come check my unit. I had to call the police about the break-in , as Tammy had not done so. Instead of reporting this as one robbery, Mill Street Storage wanted it to be treated as several small ones. I was told to clean out my storage unit asap because Tammy wanted to repair the unit right away. She then gave me a hard time ( Power trip? ) and even wanted more rent to allow me in to gather evidence for the police, and clean my unit out ! ( Tammy also allowed mutable people to handle evidence before the police or I were called.) I was given no offer of compensation for the items I lost, nor was I offered any help with the cleaning or moving my stuff. Mill Street Storage doesn't seem to want this information to reach the other people who rent here. ( I was told NOT to tell anyone that my unit was broken into by 'Tammy'!) I cannot recommend this business to anyone. I would recommend moving your stuff if you rent here! Basically they allowed the robbery to take place, and don't want any responsibility for their part . This is NOT A SAFE place to store your items ! Especially when the manager is renting to criminals, and doing nothing to prevent them from stealing other peoples stuff, or calling the police, or renters when units are broken into in a timely manner! Stupidity or a cover- up? Doesn't matter, the results are the same! YOU LOSE!

I finally found a storage unit, my father was having to move, so I was trying to help and got a 5x10 unit for him. It was half way through the month so I paid for the rest of the month and all of next month. Was around $150 bucks including deposit. Turns out my father did not need the storage unit. I tried to get a refund on the full month that I paid for plus my deposit. Apparently there are no refunds at all, only the deposit you get back. So basically I'm getting ripped off for $100. It's about 6 days before the 1st of the month, that's when rent for the whole month is due. They won't even refund for that whole month. I haven't even stepped foot inside the storage yard let alone our unit. This is absolutely terrible business if you want satisfied customers or very good customer care. Or if you even want returning customers, this is asinine and completely 100% terrible way to do business and I will never use this place again. And I will let people know how this place works because that's wrong. There should be a rule for people that are in this situation that don't need the unit should be able to get their refund back because that is just ridiculous.

Can't tell you just how helpful the manager has been during my 6 years as a customer. Over the top service and always a great attitude. Tammy always is professional and I've never had to worry about security. A++

I love my storage unit here. It is so safe and secure. I don't worry about my stuff here getting stolen or vandalized and I feel safe when I'm here at my storage unit. The lady in the office is great too. Very helpful and she really keeps a close eye on things. Sorry I don't remember your name but kudos and thankyou.
