Placed an order for an in stock item 2 weeks ago. I’ve emailed and called the company with no response. Buyers be aware. Seems scammy to me. Will be doing a charge back with my bank. Buy your product somewhere else from a reputable company.

Placed and order a week ago they got their money. Have sent emails no response. Calling no answer. They don't even have a voicemail system. Scammy. About to do a charge back like many others have said they had to do. These people need to close their doors and stop taking people's money.

Ordered a few things for my Stoeger Shotgun, got sent a wrong part. Called and the issue was resolved with the correct part being sent that same day. Customer service is excellent!

They are still in business, I got my package in about a week and a half after I ordered it and I was able to reach someone by phone when I called with questions.

There was an issue with my order. I called MOA and expressed my concerns with my order. Katherine took care of my order immediately, expressing regret for the issue I was having. She promised that my order would take priority over anything else. This was on 7/26/23 I received my order today 07/31/23. Oregon to Texas. Thank you Katherine, now it’s off to the gunsmith to upgrade my M3000.

MOA is definitely still in business! Spoke with the owner today 8/9/23. Can confirm he has had some health issues and is working through it please be patient and continue to support small American businesses. He was extremely prompt to make sure my order was correct and ready to ship! Thanks again MOA!

Ordered an improved shell stop, they sent the wrong part. No response in over a month, won't answer calls. Giving it one more week before I do a charge back. Stop doing business if you can't do it right.

I’ve had read about all the issues that other customers where having with their orders in previous reviews after ordering an item, yet I received notification of everything. True It took a bit for a tracking number to be provided but they provide it and the item arrived super quick less than a week after ordering it. The item is great and would definitely give them 5 stars but the issues of them not picking up the phone or responding to emails still persist. Looks like they are taking steps to fix some of the complaints.
