“I had a FEW ongoing problems on my bill that I tried to get resolved before thru Verizon to no avail. But this time, Paul Gonzalez came to the rescue! Considering it was multiple billing issues AND upgrading three phones we were there for a few hours. But the entire time Paul was absolutely pleasant and extremely helpful as we struggled through all of the issues. Even walking me thru a few "how to's" for later on my own.
