He understood, he was compassionate, he bailed me out when I was just DONE. Cannot say enough about Zach.”

“Fast, effective and didn't leave a mark on my phone.. which is expensive so I am very grateful for that. Furthermore while most quotes have a habit of growing, he actually charged me less than he originally stated when I showed up to get my phone because the job was easier than he had anticipated. So he's honest too.. absolutely would recommend.”

“The people at this location are knowledgeable, kind, considerate and truly wonderful. I'm glad I chose to switch to them, they really treat people with respect. The thing people need to remember is this is a retail authorized seller, and they can't help with actual TMobile bills, signal or billing problems. Call Customer Service for that!”
“The store is ok but needs a better system for entry cause after walking in youre kinda jogged around and disoriented with multiple people greeting and asking you to go sign in and wait and then when you calm down you find the tablet in the front but after that service was quick setting a phone up and getting wifi to the house”
