“I had the best experience at this cricket mobile in Grants Pass right next to the subway restaurant. The customer service agent named Aaron in that cricket Mobile was one of the best employees I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He knew exactly what he was talking about, he knew all about the phones so that I was able to pick the exact one that I needed. Any new about all the plans which he was able to tell me which plan was best and I was able to get the best value and not overspend on a plan with a bunch of features that I would never use. That location has one of the best customer service representatives working there that I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with at any cell phone mobile location for any other company. I would definitely go to that cricket location in Grants Pass. If I needed a cell phone or if I had to tell someone in my family to go get a cell phone just so that you deal with the correct person that isn't just trying to upsell you constantly with some plan that you don't need or some cell phone that you don't need. Ask for Aaron, that's the right guy to talk to at that location in Grants Pass Oregon.”
