Logan went above and beyond helping me get the right pair of shoes and inserts, he scanned my feet and found the exact stuff for my feet the whole experience was awesome! He was super knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back soon!

very informative employee,tried various models of shoes ,was allowed to trial the shoes and return if not ergonomic in a month ,never had that option before, definitely recommend this store.

I went to Becks Shoes formerly Norris looking for a pair of winter boots, I was a little nervous as I have always dealt with the previous owners for many years. A gentleman by the name of Logan helped me, I would just like to say talk about Customer Service! I have not had that kind of Customer Service in a very long time. Not only was his Customer Service a 10, he was knowledgeable, patient and enjoyable. They have a foot scan that reads your foot which I have never experienced and it was very helpful in making choices for the right purchase. I left with a pair of boots that I am absolutely in love with, that are not only stylish but so comfortable. I highly recommend Becks shoes and Logan.

They charge top dollar for shoes made in China. My husband bought a very expensive pair of shoes that started falling apart in the first day wearing them. Thankfully we got our money back, but buyer beware.

i was recommended coming into norris shoes for quality boots logan was awesome and was thorough with his service i was fitted for a pair of nicks boots and an orthotic that immediately made my feet feel 100% better i also received a discount for another pair of boots that were also fitted i wont go anywhere else for footwear they are certainly a quality company with quality employees

Just bought sneakers for our son’s cross country season. They had good brand options. They also have a good variety of insoles. Logan was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend others to shop there.
