The employees are very helpful and efficient, they do not pressure a customer to add or buy products that are not necessary at the time. They do make recommendations for things to keep an eye on, or to replace at a future date or service. I have been going to this particular Jiffy Lube on "G" Street in Grants Pass for at least 5 years now, and I highly recommend it.”

“I had a major issue with my van handled thoroughly and professionally by Cody.
Every now and then plans don't go as...planned. we were driving from Seattle to Los Angeles when our van started to spill oil on the freeway. we pulled to the nearest Autozone the map sent us to. so I walked in with our problem but the staff were unable to help us. my brother noticed Paradise express lube across from the Autozone, walked over and explained to Cody what happened which then he said to bring the van over and he'd took a look. He must have seen how anxious I was and calmed my nerves by explaining what was wrong with the van and that it was pretty common with my make and model specifically. He helped us out by finding a uhaul and a place to rent a car for our trip. He said he could fix it and have it ready within a week (depending on the parts arriving). So we made it to California and back to Seattle without an issue. Within 2 days called Cody called and said we could pick the van up. it was ready! I am glad there's folk like Cody all over the world. Calming nerves and helping the helpless. I Highly recommend Paradise express lube and the people running it.”

“Good people working here. Unfortunately the website and in real life are far off. Websites worthless or the center refuses to abide by it. Dunno. Dont trust them when they say "I checked the lugs torque 3x. Two tires had maybe 3lb/ft torque on lugs lol less than say finger tight! I checked after driving home like my dad taught me too. I was very lucky. Still a good experience though.”
