Friendly service and delicious treats. The jam is so fresh that the jar was hot to the touch. I highly recommend the pie. It was not overly sweet and tasted amazing.

The hubby had been raving about how much he loved this place as a kid so we stopped by enroute to Medford; our new home.Bought a large chicken pot pie for dinner.Hubby noticed it was a bit smaller than he remembered.I warmed it in the oven...Took 2 bitesNo chicken in either biteTook 2 more bitesStill no chicken and LOTS of carrotsTried a different slice as did the hubby...**Had some rotisserie chicken from Costco and added it to all other slices (5 left in a large pie).We both agreed that the items are overpriced and I feel that the owners; now in their early 70s(?) are not as on top of things such as ingredients, freshness, quality, etc.I also noticed that the case of refrigerated cakes and cupcakes looked like they were made haphazardly by a kid or inexperienced person(?)Cute and quaint but quality is a 5/10 for me ?

For advertising "aloha" spirit, you folks need to check it at the check out station! Haole girl couldn't get us out of your cute store fast enough! From one kamaaina to another,(and $60 dollars later)school your help on being gracious and warm-- hawaiian style-- please!!!

Best baked goods in the Grants Pass area, and a fun place to visit. This is a family owned business, very friendly folks. Their pies (and savory pies!) are delicious, jams and jellies and syrups all made there. Nice outdoor seating area to enjoy a cup of coffee and your treats. We've become groupies!

Love this place so much! My friend took me here on our way to a hike. We got a bunch of stuff and it was all super tasty - chocolate chip cookie, molasses cookie, blueberry scone, and raspberry danish. Everything was so tasty! And the gal working was super kind and welcoming. We were very disappointed though that there were no cinnamon rolls. My friend is obsessed with them. It would be great if they made them more often! I would really like to try them because I have a favorite farmhouse cinnamon roll up in Aurora, OR, and I want to compare and see how they stack against each other! Farmhouse cinnamon roll competition!!

Obsessed with this place and their products. Their jams are the best around and the atmosphere is adorable! There is never a shortage of fresh made cookies, pies or treats. The people who work there couldn't be nicer! It is always worth the drive out to the Applegate for a visit to Pennington Farms!!

Great Chicken pot pie and pumpkin pie. We went there today and it’s a really cool stop and all homemade items. Like grandma used to make.

What a delightful gem to find while out for a beautiful fall drive. I fell in love with the charming rustic barn that’s been turned into the most darling roadside market. Stocked with freshly baked fruit pies, turnovers, cookies, cakes, cupcakes and so much more! I couldn’t decide on what to get, because it all looked so delicious! We were fortunate enough to also meet the owners, Kathy and Sam … who were so friendly and welcoming to us. I will definitely be back!

How many places have 5 star reviews? This place deserves it. What an amazing place to happen upon. You can tell it's a local's favorite spot. They have so many pastries to choose from. Pies, danish, cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls and more. Show up early and you can even eat them hot out of the oven. My child said it was the best chicken pot pie ever. Many locals drive up and grab lunch or a treat to go. The store inside sells lots of farm made jams, honey, and other things. The farm offers ample outdoor seating to enjoy your food as well. And a clean warm bathroom.

The cinnamon rolls were not covered and flies buzzing around. Brought to the clerk’s attention but no action taken.

I've got to say, I hope everyone gets a chance to drive through Applegate Valley some day! So many cute little farms and luscious growth.Anyway, this is one of the very special places we stopped at for hand pies(delicious), and if they aren't famous for those, they should be for their over the top cozy bathroom outback, and through an inviting green door with a vintage knocker. The following pictures don't do it any justice...
