I had a terrible experience today getting my pedicure. I sat down and when the nail tech walked over i froze. I wanted to flee. Getting a spa pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Not so with this man. No way could i relax. Besides the tenseness, he did a terrible job. It was extremely painful as he clipped and stabbed every toe with the clippers. The polish was very sloppy and i have to have it redone immediately. There should be some kind of standard when dealing with the public. Hiring this fellow was a mistake. Not his fault. Its your fault, perfect nails! I wont be back

Such a lovely friendly atmosphere. They were able to get me in same day. We got 2 pedicures. It was about 50$ for removal of old gel also. Very reasonably priced, and they turned out gorgeous! I got classic French tip gels and it was done just how I like.

Went in for acrylics with french tip for a special occasion. Work was sloppy and two nails came off within a week. Three days later 4 more nails came off. I wasn’t doing anything out of the unusual and have had countless acrylic manicures with others in the past that stayed on for months. The technician was nice but kept answering the phone and was distracted. She was also very rushed and just didn’t care about the quality. It’s too bad because these guys used to be good.

I was disappointed this time. The nice woman who did my nails kept stopping to answer the phone every couple minutes and rushed through my acrylic nails. The filing was ridiculously rushed. Some of the nails were uneven and just not up to par with what I would get elsewhere. Everyone was very nice but she charged me $70 plus a pedicure and it came out to way more than I was expecting. For that amount of money, I wish I were happier with the final product. That will be my last time going there.

Spend $5-10 more and go literally anywhere else. I had a gel polish pedicure done by an individual in a purple wig and this individual's own nails were a testament to their abilities and effort that would be put forth during my pedicure. I should have left the moment I laid eyes on their filthy, broken nails. The filing was painful. I was so tense and uneasy as they filed away the existing polish from each toe because they nicked my skin constantly. I went with plain, white polish for my color-- no art, no French tip, just a straight forward polish-- and it looks like a toddler did it. It's bumpy, sloppy and all over my skin. To be quite honest, I would be shocked to find out that this individual is an actual licensed nail technician. Three days later, it's chipping off, which frankly, I'm fine with because it's embarrassing and I want it gone.

Super rude. All I did was call and ask if there was availabilities the lady was incredibly rude and then hung up on me. I would not recommend them anyone with that bad customer service does not deserve customers

This place charges was too much and they do a crappy job they rush through it , make the customer feel embarrassed when you have an ingrown town nail they tell you that you don't take care of yourself and make a distgusted face in front of other clients there so then they look at you too. The nail polish bubbles and peels and they don't cover the whole nail when they paint them. They also talks amongst themselves in their own language then look at you and your toes as they do them making it obvious they are talking about you. Also charge you to remove the callous on your feet extra ten dollars when your already paying for the pedicure that should be included and they don't even remove the callous instead scrub your feet raw and then it burns when put your feet in the water.
