“Started using Carson Propane recently and got my account all set up. Then came the delivery. There was some confusion because I was supposed to be home for the first delivery. On the second try Pedro called me before the delivery. Pedro apologized for me not getting the instructions correct. Not needed, but really helped my comfort and ease to doing business with Carson. Pedro was a good representative of them and the office staff was excellent. Happy to do business with you guys anytime.”
“Always been great to us only one instance in the past with a problem with the algorithms on their auto pay and remote sensing policies as to if you don't need propane for a period of time they would automatically discontinue auto pay which made for a unpleasant surprise but with good communication they fix that made it good and going to work on the issue. Again was only an issue for a very short period of time and they were on top of it very excellent customer service and problem resolution the only reason for not the fifth star is because the issue arose in the first place.”

“I went there to fill up my propane tank and there was a few people in line he got us through pretty quick, I was impressed. Propane is $3 a gallon there that's cheaper than other places that I found. Anyways if you need propane that's the place to go.”
