All our stuff was stolen out of our storage unit. Dirtbikes, jetski, RZR sand paddles. DO NOT trust these people with your things. We have family that lives across the street and they noticed that the gates are never locked by 7pm like Redwood Mini Storage claims.

Pricing for units themselves are great. And the lady I talked to was nice, she wasn't very knowledgeable and to why there was such a high deposit of $100+. On top of price for 1st months rent. Or why there was no mention of dept in the storage agreement or if/when it would be returned upon move out. So there's that.

It's an ok storage place. The management, Property Management Professionals, is also pretty good. They're really nice people. The storage units aren't protected by a secure gated entry.
