This shop is extremely unprofessional. The owner, Larry, was unhelpful and uncommunicative,he seemed disinterested and didn’t appear to know what he was talking about,
just sat in the back and chewed gum,
Communication between the staff is almost nonexistent, and my car was kept for months with very little progress.
When I finally got the bill, there were unexpected charges for thousands of dollars luckily we had the price on the quote matched or we where going to sue,
I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Larry, Mike and Justin are the best. They go above and beyond what I have ever seen/experienced at any other auto repair shop. I highly recommend Revolvo West to anyone looking for high quality workmanship, quick service and reasonable prices.

Very friendly and professional place. They told me my car battery was going out even though the dealer said it passed inspection. Battery failed a week later and the dealer had to get me a new one. THANKS LARRY & JUSTIN

Larry and Justin were thorough and honest. The price was extremely competitive and my car was done within a couple hours of my part arriving. I’m impressed with the superior customer service; which is so rare nowadays. Thank you!

These guys will forever be my mechanics as long as I live here they r incredible im a single mom of three that has had hardship after hardship and they have always taken care of us honestly probably wouldn't be able to make it without these guys they've saved me soo much money and time dealing with my crappy dealership i can't thank them enough if anyone ever has trouble with there vehicles I'll be referring them to these guys from the bottom of my heart ty revolvo west!!

My car broke down and I called Revolvo which had just closed but they still answered their phone and then graciously waited for me to show up, then they locked my car up at their shop to work on the next day. My car had a bad MAF sensor which they replaced at a reasonable rate. Then it was discovered that there was also one bad coil. They did everything they could to save me money including not upselling me on replacing all my coils, when it was only one giving trouble. Also the cleaned my spark plugs instead of upselling me on new ones which run $32 each for my car. I appreciate their friendliness, honesty, and fair pricing for services rendered. Maybe instead of copying and pasting the same response to every bad review, you should take the time to correct an issue you had with a customer! I'm looking for a mechanic, so I'm reading your reviews. The way you handle things is so immature (bad business)

I’ve been having a battery-draining problem in my car for years and no mechanic has been able to figure out what was causing it. I took it to Revolvo after they fixed up my truck super fast and well to let them take a crack at it. They finally fixed it! After all this time it was just a loose cable that no one else had had the diligence to trace.

Our Volvo broke down and had it towed to Revolvo where we bought it. They had it diagnosed and fixed within a few days. Very happy with how quickly they had me back on the road. Justin and Larry are great at explaining and even saved the broken part for me to see.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Not worth the money or the hassle. I took my car here to get a recommended service that was recommended by the owner. When booking the appointment I communicated the issue again, but when picking it up I asked if it was fixed and the staff had no idea it had an issue. The service made it worse. They did not make this right. Take your car somewhere else.In Response to Revolvo West's response:If you knew the vehicle had a history of a bad transmission and there was nothing you could do, why was I told a transmission flush and a software update could possibly solve the issue. Then after receiving over $200 from me, decide to tell me the history you knew about the vehicle? My statement still stands thanks for verifying how you run your business.Services: Transmission

Best place to bring your car. Honest people, reliable and do an excellent job. We have been not just Volvo customers but also Jeep for about 7 years and have no complains at all. Highly recommend them.
