There pharmacy is the worst. I been trying to get my son medicine for week. It's away sometimes. Day before was told they would have done next day. The day called to see it was ready. Was told they are working on it, give them a couple hours. When I came evening they could not find it and then system done. Not very happy, Mom. This is going on a week, and my son is the one paying for it.
And not very friendly employees and they don't like to help out.

WOW!! Why am I not surprised this Rite Aid has two stars! So I go get my prescription and see that my qty of pills are 30 instead of 90 I ask to get 90 and they just loose it!! Telling me “well you’re going to have to pay for 90” well how do you know that I can’t? And my doctor prescribed 90 what makes you think that’s ok? she(Brenda) says a qty of 30 is covered by the insurance! Hmmmm I say … that’s odd because you guys were about to charge me 34.64 for 30! So let me get this straight so you’ve been charging me 34.64 allllllll this time and insurance COVERS it!??WOW! This just gets better! I’m asking her to clear that up for me and she couldn’t told me to leave that she was going to cancel my prescription!!! Why Brenda? Because you can’t answer my questions?! So she slams the papers on the counter screams at me literally losing it! I don’t know why and calls me a Cunt! 😳I’m still in shock. I tell her wow wow wow… why are you working here if you’re going to treat people this way and she said “ because of people like you” 😳 then her manger comes over to join her and he bad behavior, I explain to him what just happened and said “well she made a mistake with the information she gave you”he was clearly ok with her being aggressive and still continued to cancel my order and when I asked for his name to report all of them he said his name was Dick, if it is his name then his mom new exactly what he would be and if not then at least he’s aware of who he is. He said I wasn’t nice to her either lol one thing about me is that mama didn’t raise no fool so sorry if you couldn’t get on over me. This was clearly fraud! Maybe they should get investigated These people couldn’t answer why have they been charging me for qty 30 when the insurance covered it nor why they gave me qty 30 when my doctor prescribed me qty 90. Now how do they know if I can or cannot pay for 90 who are they to make that decision to give me 30 ! They are scammer’s!! But again mama didn’t raise a fool! Exactly who they show on a video on these reviews is the manager he’s part of it alll! Clearly everyone has an issue here and with them. I also saw him dealing with a syringe transferring medicine from one bottle to another without any gloves lol smh!! The nerve!!!

So I have had the same experience with the dark haired bearded young guy. He actually rolled his eyes at me and told me you were 4 days behind. My husband has cancer and I'm on a time line as to how long I can be away. A prescription was called in by OSHU 3 hours before I went. I personally go to a different pharmacy than my husband ( thank goodness) and you go to the front for pick up and they tell you how long it will be. I was sent to him, why I have no idea because it was CALLED in... so I don't know your protocol...and when I asked how long he said an hour, and not kindly I may add. I asked will it actually be a hour??? I can't be away that long. That's when I got the eye roll and the " the mam I told you a hour...we are 4 days behind " . You have absolutely no idea what's happening to people on the other side of the counter. And their stories. WHY after all the complaints is he STILL there? Is it OK that your costumers are being treated so poorly? Thank goodness my pharmacy treats me with kindness and respect. FYI Don is amazing. Why do you have that guy there??

No one ever answers the phone. My immunizations are not sent to my Dr. I was told that I have to do that. I do not find a record of past immunizations with Rite Aid. Your store looks as though you are closing. Shelves are near empty.

This pharmacy does not start working on your prescription until you are there and waiting. It doesn’t matter if it was called in by the doctor a yesterday they won’t work on it until you tell them you want it done. I don’t know why I keep getting my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and get prescription somewhere else

I called this morning to order another prescription and to check on a prescription I had ordered a few days ago. The guy I talked to on the phone was very rude. Although they had my prescription from days ago, it was still not filled today.

Truly disappointing customer service here usually. Half the time I do not receive notification of my prescriptions being ready. Nobody answers the phones either to be able to confirm.
They chose to close for lunch a few minutes ahead of 1:30 today and refused to allow me to submit a prescription for my husband who is out on a severe work injury. There was nobody behind me in line. I said I’d drove 40 minutes in could I just please leave it. The pharmacist snapped my head off and rudely told me it takes a lot more time to fill a prescription. I’ve filled here many times. It usually take less than a minute. I sat over 30 minutes and patiently waited until they returned from lunch. I waited to be called to the window politely. The tech was extremely curt/rude and unfriendly just like the pharmacist had been.
I have worked with the public a long time in our community. A bit of politeness and kindness goes a long way. But I rarely find it here. Also I timed it it took 38 seconds for him to accept the prescription.

They are always fast when I need to fill. I have serious neurological issues and fill 3-4 times per month because of multiple prescriptions and they always communicate timeframes, delays from out of stock or back orders and when they expect to get more. Fast pick up process as well. Really appreciate the great service and I've been to many pharmacies over the last 8 years. This is by far my favorite. Thanks for all your hard work.

I understand that pharmacies are under a lot of pressure and are shorthanded right now, but the level unnecessary rudeness and lack of care, attention or pride in their own work at this Rite Aid is pretty appalling. It's quite obvious that it's every man for themselves here.

I have had many issues picking up prescriptions. They told me 4 hours for something they had in stock. Also the heavy set young man doesn't know how to talk. While asking about a medication he told me the " we are backed up 5 days " when is was five days till it could be renewed.

I’ve been receiving my prescriptions here for 8 to 10 years. The Pharmacists are great. The guy named Don is fabulous very respectful and cheerful. It’s the tall heavy set young guy with the black hair and beard that’s the rude one. He acts like he really hates being there, and should not be dealing with people, much less handling someone’s prescriptions. It’s him that generating all the bad reviews! I hate going in when he’s there!

By far the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They do not care about respecting your time ( Some medication is time sensitive) If you are not in that line of work to help people DO NOT BE IN IT AT ALL. My partner and I both went there NUMEROUS times with copies of the prescriptions and our Vet tried to call it in 3 times for our pet with heart issues that needs meds at certain times. We were told they would not answer the phone and were told they couldn't get us a supervisor that only the pharmacist could talk to us who kept sending us back to the drop off line. In total it was about 3 hours of the run around on top of our Vet calling ALLLLLLL Day long. Not acceptable by any means.

So, four years ago I gave a scathing review of the pharmacy. In the past few months there seems to be alot more friendly staff here. They genuinely seem nicer.The front of the house has always been solid here aside from the price gouging, not the employees fault.Anyways, much improved. I wanted you to know that we notice you!

It's just bad, we all know it's just bad, as always this is about the pharmacy. I had a prescription ordered from here almost a month ago, and I called to ask when I should come in to pick it up. They said it should be around an hour, and then when I came in they only had half of the medications ready (not even the ones I was actually out of) when I picked them up they just told me to come back later for the rest. Fast forward to today and they still haven't filled them. I'm running out of all of my medications, which is kind of a huge deal for a pharmacy to not be able to fill medications within a month. I called today and they said it would be at least 5 hours until they have someone in to fill medications at all. What are you guys even doing in there??Anyways, customer service when I called the store was rude, actually trying to pick up any medication is abhorrent. I recommend literally anywhere else. You'd have better luck filling your prescription at a subway I swear.
