Can't recommend this place enough! I'd go out of my way to stay here again.
- Clean and well maintained rooms
- Comfortable beds
- Incredibly kind and helpful staff
- OUTSTANDING breakfast buffet with waffles, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal, and granola. Plus the coffee is great!

We stayed overnight while driving north. Dog friendly rooms. Nice patio overlooking the river. Only complaint was the loud BOOM when someone's vehicle with no exhaust went off at 6 am setting off car alarms. ( I think it was the front desk employees vehicle is why im adding this to my review) Other then that, would stay again.

I recently stayed for a few days after Thanksgiving. The room was dog friendly, very clean and updated. It had a frig and microwave, two queen beds and a patio with a beautiful view of the Rogue River. The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The Free Full breakfast was amazing, everyday! The staff even sent my dogs sweater back to us, that we had left in the room. This is a hotel with a heart 💞

Hard to find for me just before you hit the bridge it's right their but worth it the view of the river was great a lot of wild life

Clean and comfy rooms with great views of the river! Staff was super friendly, and the free breakfast was actually really tasty- I recommend the biscuits and gravy.

Excellent. What a great stay. From check in to check out. Clean nice room and very cozy. The views were amazing and the staff was top notch. The area around hotel is very nice and walkable to downtown which is very cute. My favourite part of this hotel was not only the good breakfast but that they use real utensil's, plates and cups. So nice for once not to through everything away. The hotel is very clean as well. Highly recommend and next time in town this is my spot.

We reserved 2 adjoining rooms for 2 nights (Oct 10& 11, 2025), 6 weeks in advance. 20 hours before check in, concierge called to inform us that they would be unable to honor our adjoining rooms. We were not able to find another hotel with adjoining rooms at such short notice. We had a medical reason for the adjoining rooms. Due to the staff refusing to honor our reservation as it was originally made, we had to leave our daughter and disabled grandson on their own most of our stay. This caused angst and greatly affected our enjoyment. No compensation or apologies were extended. However, the housekeeping service, specifically Danyale , was amazing- kind and helpful! Kudos to housekeeping!

Great motel. I stayed Nov 1-2, 2025. Not only was it a great room with fantastic views and excellent free breakfast, but the staff was top notch. Extremely friendly and responsive. Cheryl, at the front desk, was especially helpful, going out of way for me. She deserves a raise!

The website says pet friend but the property only allows dogs. It does not say dog only or have a list of excluded animals online. Please know before booking that if you have a cat, you may be turned away due to their poor online communication.
Clean rooms, kind service, plentiful parking, good views.

The rooms have been slightly modernized, but the individual heater/air conditioning units are so loud that you have to talk loudly to be heard over them. There might be an accessible room on property but the rooms are very narrow (my mom wouldn't be able to get her walker into a regular room). There is one ramp down to the rooms near the lobby, otherwise it is about 5-6 uneven steps down to the rooms, very inconvenient for loading in/out with an elderly person. The front counter staff obviously have been trained to get the 6pm popcorn done on time because they completely ignored mom and I when we walked into the small lobby to check into the hotel. One staff person was on the phone with a customer and had terrible phone etiquette (rushing the person on the phone, didn't greet the person on the phone warmly). Once our staff member was done with making the popcorn she greeted us professionally (if not warmly), she had zero patience for my mother's questions that interrupted her speech about the rooms and area.
The morning shift was nicer than the evening shift. We were actually greeted warmly when we came in for the complimentary hot breakfast.

Nicely renovated motel, comfortable and welcoming environment with a great view of the Rogue river from every room. The provide a nice self serve breakfast in the morning and fresh 🍿 popcorn in the evening off the lobby.

The service was excellent. The staff has been well trained. The rooms are a little on the small side by today’s standards, but still had plenty of room to move around.
