I had a fantastic experience at Roe Motor’s from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable.
A special shoutout to my salesman, Emmett, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole experience. He made sure everything was handled with care and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
I drove off with a full tank of gas and a big smile on my face, which pretty much says it all. If you’re looking for great service and people who truly care, I highly recommend Roe Motor’s - and definitely ask for Emmett!

!WOW! This was one of the easiest auto purchases we've ever made. Emmett, our Sales Person was such a delight, treated us like we were the only customer he had and was extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, Matthew in Finance was well prepared, didn't try to upsell products and explained the financing agreement in an understandable way.

This is truly the best new car store in Southern Oregon. They are all super nice, professional and sincere people. They found a way to get me an additional $500 off my purchase after the sale was negotiated. Who does that??

They got me into the car I wanted for the price/payment I wanted. I’m happy with my new to me car and it’s still under warranty. They even beat my bank on my interest rate for financing.

We bought a used truck here last year and these folks have been outstanding in all respects. They have gone over and above in their customer service. We have purchased multiple new vehicles in the past and never gotten the quality of service we’ve gotten here purchasing this used vehicle. Many thanks to Stephanie for taking a personal interest and following thru on an issue that was really a problem with the bank we financed the truck through.
Awesome customer service and we would recommend Roe Motors to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. 10 Star rating in our book!

I visited the service department for pre purchase inspection of pre-owned GM pick-up from another dealership. The Service manager at Roe Motors was friendly and honest about the vehicle. Which as not worth purchasing. I’m surprised they did not send me to sales department
Update. Just to clarify, The service department at Roe Motors was the good guy in this situation. They were honest about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The vehicle was being sold by another dealership. Unfortunately, it was not a good vehicle. I’m surprised they did service department did recommend the sales department at Roe Motors. That being said the new GMC trucks are out my price range

Roe Motors is absolutely amazing from start to finish! You’re greeted by friendly faces who truly listen to what you want, take the time to understand your needs, and work hard to find the perfect vehicle for you. Randy was fantastic, he listened carefully to all of my “must-haves” and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. This is not my first vehicle from Roe, and I’m sure not my last.

Just wanted to say thank you for getting my son into his first new to him vehicle! Eric was awesome! No pressure at all. Matt explained all the details of the paperwork and we were out the door and on the road quickly on a Sunday!
