They employees are rude. I have slowly started transferring everything out of rogue credit union. Sad I've been with the company 15 yrs.

I have been a member of this credit union for years, and visited most of the locations in the valley, and this is by far my favorite branch. All of the staff are very patient and helpful, and treat everybody with respect and gratitude. Keep up the good work!

I would have givin a 5 star rating they have always been great and kind, aswell as made it extremely easy for me to purchase a new car !On the flip side they will double bill and take money from you and refuse to to reinburse there mistake’sWhen a bill had came in THAT I had money there to pay but appearently it was 1.00 somthing over what was in the account, They denied payment to both my credit cards nothing was paid out to either card ...And the credit payments are now late and charging me for it And then Rogue thinks it is ok to CALL that—- A overdraft x2 and act as though the bill was paid wich it was not paid out and so rogue charged me 2x for overdraft @ 29.00 x2 wich = 58 bucks then ontop of that they CHARGED a penalty x2 wich was 35eachNow my account went to 0 cause they think its ok to just steal my money and also they themselfs overdrafted my account another 15$ wich yet again came with a overdraft fee 29.00 and a penalty then act like its my fault wich it is clearly not.... I am sad this bank has done this too me and refuse to waive off there mistake

Had a very negative experience at Rogue credit union today. I tried to cash one of my clients checks that were written from this Bank and they refuse to cash it. $20. They tried to contact the lady who wrote the check and she was out of her office.. they made me leave the bank! I was polite I did not raise my voice. I asked to speak to the manager. They would not let me. Is the first time I have ever tried to cash a check there. The problem was that I did not have an account there. That shouldn't matter since the check was written from this Bank. So I did stand outside for 15 minutes and talked everyone that went inside the bank and people were genuinely concerned and talk with me. I do not like the policies of Rogue Credit Union and would offer some good advice to find another bank that is friendlier and will actually cash personal checks from its members and account holders. Thank you. Later that day the lady called the bank to verify her signature and they were not able to comply. My client drove over to my house and paid me in cash and I gave her the check her bank would not cash. She said they were of no help.

Had the worst experience with this bank in years. Going through the drive thru I asked to have my check cashed and auto loan paid as usual. So the cashier Andrea a manager I was informed of... Asked how I wanted my bills large please I replied to get my envelope and card home to discover she didn't pay the auto loan. I drove down again paid and asked a different teller for the manager. The transaction which takes minutes was stalled and my card held while I talked to a manager letting her know the situation. And I was met with complete disregard and no accountability for the mistake. I explained I have to drive here after work and am now making a second trip costing me. Well you could pay online was the answer and "we'll try and pay more attention". Bizarre today in the drive thru I guess you need to yell because speaking clear and concise didn't work for me... Good luck and no I wasn't wearing a mask in my vehicle while talking.

I've been with this bank for almost 4 years now and it has been an enjoyable experience since the beginning. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and informative. They are willing to answer any questions I may have. When it comes to traveling out of town/state/etc they are easy to get a hold of and let know the locations you are going to be, thus ensuring your card won't be locked for suspicious spending. Each branch really cares about their members equally, but most of my experience (pretty much all as far as dealing with clerks) has been at this location. It's easy to find and get to, off of a not-so-busy street even though it's right next to the hospital. However parking is a bit of a pain, but that isn't their fault. The other day I thought the representative I had been in contact with was at this location only to go in and find out that she was not! But the free clerk willingly emailed my paperwork directly to the representative, easy! She was very nice and understanding of the mistake on my part. Highly recommend this Credit Union. Great rates, ownership account and, in my opinion, a great loan system structure. I used it for the first time! Note: Their call center representative I dealt with was also extremely friendly and helpful. My first time dealing with the call center and they were easily able to communicate with the branch of my choice when it came to exchanges.
