Terrible bank.We were signed up here via our recent purchase from Jim Sigel, no real paper work has been sent.Attempts to set up account online and to get online registration code (which should have been provided with paperwork) are met with a looped auto phone system.We will look to secure an auto loan elsewhere and go into branch in person and close account if these issues are not resolved quickly by a human

Bought a car from someone who had financed thru credit union. All payoffs taken care of weeks ago. Still waiting for RCU to send me the title. Credit Union member has called at least 4 times and is told everytime that title is being sent out. Now on last call, he had to resubmit all of the paperwork AGAIN!! There is no hold up on our end. Total incompetence!!!

They treat me like a theifI pretty sure Because I am brown. I beg for help for 8 hours today and I was treated like a criminal. I just wanted my money. Apparently they will lie about sending emails the said 2 I received 0 and I still get to have 120 stolen from me with my bank letting them.

I would have left negative stars if i could ! This is the worst branch ever ! There is only 1 person that has the authority to anything around there as simple as adding a name to an existing account ! Waited over 45 minWorst customer service out of all branches

I recently switched over to rogue Federal credit Union and even asking for the simplest things cannot be done I don't know if they are not training people properly or what the issue is but unfortunately I have to stick with them but I do not recommend them at all!!! Go else where they are not reliable at all and take help with the simplest request.

I've been a member of a credit union for 10 years and Rogue was recommended by co-workers and friends. I was stunned at how rudely I was treated by the 7th Street branch manager today when I went in to open multiple accounts. She was condescending, spoke over me and was not interested in attempting to work with me in Any way.Fortunately, I went to First Community Credit Union next and they were friendly, easy, helpful and extremely happy to open my new accounts! I will make a point to share my experience with anyone looking for a new bank.

This bank has so many unqualified workers.I've been trying to open a DNA acct for 2 weeks. What sort of bank puts people off when they want to open a business acct.Then this completely incompetent girl sets me up for a 1030 am I show up at 1030 and then they come up with an excuse saying the manager is on vacation. Crazy.

I have been a member for over a decade, they have decent rates on auto loans and C.C. But I recently had my credit card limit raised and my interest rate when up even though my credit was better than the initial set up, hmmm... I was told they have new rates now? But seems like the original terms should be honored since this wasn't a new card. Slow at times, but the app is good and i'm content staying here for now.

Terrible bank! They hold funds longer than necessary, won't notarize paperwork unless EVERY signer is a member, and there policy on fraudulent charges is to make customer fight for their money back,even though they are legally obligated to file the claim and reimburse your funds. I have never had so many issues with one bank! I would highly recommend banking anywhere else.

Been a member at Rogue Fedral Credit Union since 2009 and ten years later in 2019 with a credit score of 707 and several loans paid off through them and in good standing good paying full time job and my wife who has also been a member and good credit got turned down a auto loan. Loyalty with this bank and they dont show loyalty to me us as customer. Not sure if the underwriters for the company are new and dont know what they are doing but I have never had a problem getting a loan or paying off loans through this bank. Its a slap in the face after being a customer for 10 years and good standing and not being able to get another auto loan.

There isf fee is $29 and they will keep charging you Teel you have the money in your account. I got charged $120 for be off by $3 in my account. It takes for ever to talk to anyone and in order to get those fees reversed you have to talk to a manager in person. I am a very broke person I never have enough money to get what I need. Then they go and charge me that much money. My electric bill is already past do. It will be shut of now because of them all over $3. I am going to change banks as soon as possible.
