Hours: Rogue Valley Overnighter RV is a compact, no-frills campground right in the heart of Grants Pass, close to I-5. It is a great overnight spot, as its name suggests, and also accommodates longer stays with low month-to-month rates. The sites are gravel, adequate, and not huge, but more spacious than expected, with room for chairs and a provided picnic table. Some spots offer good shade and a feeling of privacy. The park is very convenient, with many restaurants, shopping, and local activities within walking distance. Everything is close by. The staff and on-site management are friendly, helpful, kind, and always accommodating. The grounds are well kept. Amenities include clean, modern bath houses with plenty of hot water, a laundry room that is very clean with cheap loads, and two small but clean pet areas. A small club room with exercise equipment and a book exchange is also noted. The primary downsides are inconsistent WiFi that can disappear, loud road traffic and occasional nearby noise, and no other amenities beyond the basics. The surrounding area has some visible homelessness, but the campground itself feels secure due to diligent residents and security cameras. It is a solid, satisfactory choice for a few nights or longer while exploring the many local wineries, hikes, and attractions.
