Words can’t express how thankful I am to have found runaway tractor. Jason and Michelle have been so helpful. They have been in business for many years and the most knowledgeable kioti dealer that I know. They definitely care about the customer and willing to go out of their way to help. I highly recommend runaway tractor for all of your tractor and mower needs. I promise you will be satisfied with your experience at runaway tractor.

Great customer service .My grandpa recently became sick and unable to help us fix his tractor. We had no idea where to get parts . The guys here helped us look for 15 mins . Scrolling thru hundreds of blade bolts for an un known mower deck. Most people just tell ya idk . But they gave it an honest effort and refered us to the next place. ? Thanks guys !

Purchased filters for 2610 Kioti. After getting home I discovered they hadn't gives me the fuel filter but changed me for it. Returned for filter and they changed me another 30.00 for a fuel filter. So I actually spent 60.00 .This was the second time I was ripped off. I purchased a narrow backhoe bucket. They keep the Pins from the new bucket and sells them separately. I will never do Business with these people again. Buy cheaper online.

I was looking for a smaller used tractor. And do not have alot of cash. They listen to me then showed me a Kioti LB2204 that they had got in used. And i liked. Came back a couple days later and talked to the boss man. He worked with me. They going to fix up and service tractor. I put down payment and cant wait to pick it up. Great people. They care about customers. Thanks guys.

I can't say enough about my experience with Runaway Tractor.. I have had my CK3510 for almost a year. It has proven to be an excellent choice and has performed better than I could imagine. Jason and Michelle, the owners, have been great, full of good ideas, advice and information. Customer service is excellent. When our land was threatened by wildfire earlier this summer Jason dropped everything to drive down to pick up the tractor to keep it safe. I highly recommend Runaway Tractor.

Bought a new cs2520. Tractor started to miss and smoke, hard starting and running poorly under load.with less than 10 hours on machine. With out looking at tractor they diagnosed over the phone by saying we left tractor outside or we used bad fuel. They did not want to look at it. Problem with that is it still has a small amount of fuel in it from them sending it with a full tank. And it lives in an shop. Another issue is I’ve been a diesel mechanic for 15 years and know what a bad injector is. Would recommend Haley tractor in sutherlin Oregon over these yahoos.

This is the best tractor supply in Southern oregon. They are the only place that consistently has what I need when I need it. They are also very knowledgeable and can help beginner tractor operators figure out what they need.
