Have never heard anything bad. Seems to be quick and easy. Never seen a line or anyone standing at the counter for any period of time. Seem like they stay up and on top of there customers.

I WANTED TO USE THE RESTROOM AN THEY HAD IT LOCKED NOT GOOD WHEN YOUR SENIOR WE GOT TO GO GOT TO GO BESIDES IT WAS EARLY SHOULDNT PUNISH EVERYONE BECAUSE OF HOMELESS PEOPLE JUST PUT A SIGN UP SAYING NO BACK PACKS OR WASHING YOUR SELF IN OUR RESTROOMS.
THIS BATHROOM FOR GROCERY PAYING CUSTOMERS!!..I ALMOST WALKED OUT NEEDING TO GO YET NEEDED FEW THINGS ITD RIDICULOUS SOMEONE UP FRONT SHOULD OF OPEN UNLOCK DOOR FOR SENIOR CITZENS I FEEL☹😡

Hello beautiful Grants Pass, I moved here from another part of Oregon. I got a rant about the Safeway Pharmacy on 7th street. I have been going there for around a year. I have gone through so much unnecessary hoops to get them to do their job to the slightest. I have stood in line listening to the way they talk about their customers. I watched an older gentleman get talked down to like he was a little child or a person who has English as a second language. As the man walked away they all huddled up to talked bad about the confused man and were laughing. I have seen this over and over. It’s really sad to see our elders spirits broken over some people that were supposed to be looking after them. It’s absolutely sickening.  There is one lady in the entire department,that’s actually decent and I wish I could remember her name. Then if you’re lucky enough to get your prescriptions then you get your groceries and head to the self checkout. Just to encounter the old hag that stands there glaring at you. I have been going to Safeway since I was a child. Their literately may be four people in that entire store that are OK and that’s pretty much just management. The other Safeway is not much better…. These stores just as bad as the Safeway on 17th and Mission. Absolutely unbelievable. Thought Albertsons would be better but nope. What is the problem with this town. People here are just so mean. Try to be nice to people, even if they don’t look like you.

I have Safeway for all my medications and they do a good job with being timely refilling my meds. I have had a Covid and two Shingles vaccines there as well. My concern is that the process is very slow and one staff member in particular is abrupt with customers there for vaccinations and is not friendly at all. I was there for over an hour waiting and I shall go elsewhere for further vaccinations.

Lunch hour is 1pm-2pm everydayThe pharmacy doesn't have the bathroom code,people get over it!

Supposedly they had approved their lunch hours a month ago as 1:30pm-2:00 pm on Google, but they closed today 1:00 - 2:00.If you need to use the bathroom stop off at the Customer Service desk and get the unlock code so you save a trip to the front. The bathroom is right next to the pharmacy.

I have been going here for over 8 years but now it's hands down been worst experience I have ever had at any and I mean any pharmacy in multiple states. They now REFUSE to answer their phones and say they are short staffed but many elderly people don't have internet and can only call in too check or refill meds. I now know of OVER 9 elderly people who take multiple medications daily and have had to go without due to the staff nit answering. I was with one and she was put on hold and we waited 1.25 hours and they finally pick up and hung up on her. I know it's not their fault being short staffed however at the very least pick up the phones!!! Will it take a diabetic coma or heart attack before they answer phones

Friendly staff and great service. Usually don't have to wait very long at all. I have to give them credit and lots of it. How they stay professional and nice when they have a total Karen yelling at them is beyond me. Happy they stick it out and do so well because not everyone is so professional

I've had multiple issues with other pharmacies and finding my babies medication but %95 of the time Safeway has it. And if they dont they have ordered it promptly. Its been really a life saver. Everyone there has been kind to me and my family and very helpful. Im so appreciative having them so close to me and so nice. It honestly makes me feel safer knowing how great they are and that they always have/get what I need.
