“Just wanted to say thank you to the woman who is running the office here, I am sorry I don't have your name. My family moved out of the GP area two years ago and we put some things in storage at Attic Self Storage. We left a small, precious family memento outside of the storage unit as we were in hurry and simply forgot to put it into the unit. The lovely woman at Attic found it and has been holding it for us for 2 years! I went over yesterday to sort the unit and she had been keeping the memento safe in the office this whole time. On sat closed on Sundays really makes it difficult to utilize the units when you work a 9 to 5 job. And an even earlier closing on Saturdays. Been an issue a few times for me. Other than that great place to store your stuff : )”
“Great place to store your belongings. Judy is very accommodating. The gate hours were very doable for my needs. the units are clean and stayed dry during torrential rains. I just moved out recently, having finally built a decent size shed on the property I'm on. If I find myself in need again, I'll be back.”

“I used them for about a year and a half. Never had an issue. Easy in, easy out. They make it very clear the gates close and lock on their own at 7pm promptly, so I always knew to not be in the facility after 7; and the fact that they have this in place made me feel more safe knowing that not just anyone can get in at any hour. Also you must enter a code to get in and out, every vehicle, for that added security. I'd say I paid a little more than most places around this area, but you deff get what you pay for. The lady who runs the front was always very friendly and very helpful. The place is always really clean, 10/10 recommend”

“5 stars because of very good prior experiences. The latest would only get 3, but I consider it an anomaly.The 15 foot moving van was quite old. Don't know the year, but it showed a lot of it's 154K+ mileage and there were ergonomic issues like no step to get in and an accelerator pedal way too close to the brake pedal AND offset to the left more than any other vehicle I've driven. Also, the ramp would get stuck about 4 - 6 inches from latching retracted. Made pulling it out and putting it back in difficult.The appliance dolly had at least one wheel bearing shot. Took extra force to roll it with any load and it squeaked wickedly. Fortunately, I didn't have to move the side-by-side fridge I got it for. I'm not sure how that would have played out, but I'm guessing not well.Otherwise, Booth Street Storage has always been a great place to rent U-Hauls from. The people there are really nice and I've never had a bad experience from any of the various trailers I've rented from them. I highly recommend them.”
“This is a great storage place. The on-site manager is really nice. I really like how unpaid units aren't auctioned until a year has passed with either no payment or contact most places only allow 90 days sometimes even less.”
“We have used this facility since they opened nearly 3 years ago. We have had NO ISSUES whatsoever! The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the place is clean and well taken care of. Please pay no attention to recent bad reviews. It is great to have complete peace of mind knowing our travel trailer is safe at this facility!”

“Great staff. Runs a clean and well priced business. Easy to access. Very kind. I was in a financially difficult place for about a year. They worked with me and got me into a less expensive unit. Also allowed me to delay payments until I could afford to resume them. They ended up waiving the late fees and most of the amount that has built up over a few months. I definitely felt like they saw me as a human being and not just a way to make money. Pretty rare for companies. Never had a negative experience with them at all.”

“I don't have storage here however I helped a friend who has a couple storage sheds here so based on what I could see this place is very friendly the storage units are very clean and the storage place is under security lock gating it's great a place I would highly recommend”
