“Grants Pass doesn't have a UPS Store yet. I'm very spoiled by our little UPS Store in Cottage Grove. I always thought of the actual UPS office as a "business office" . But I had Amazon packages to return so I went to the actual UPS office. The Amazon QR codes don't seem to work there. I thought we were going to have to drive 20 minutes back home without getting to send the packages back for the convenience of not paying a fee. The ladies who work there were so accommodating. They allowed to use their email address and have Amazon email a label to the manager of the office! Wow I couldn't believe how nice this was. They printed the labels and they stuck them on our packages. We didn't have to drive all that way for nothing. They really went out of their way for us to provide awesome customer service. I really appreciate that. These days, good help is hard to find. But I found it in Grants Pass at the UPS business office! Just a little while later, Amazon credited my account for those returns.”
