I go to this location a few times a month. They are continuously working to make the store more organized. When pricing electronic items it would be helpful to refer to ebay completed sales to determine average used value. Many items are over priced.

They allow people with cart FULLS of clothing to try on to keep up the dressing rooms even when there's a huge line of people waiting. They need to hang a sign and tell customers that if there's a line that they need to go back to the end after they've tried on their 6 items.

Overpriced, outdated items, and not much selection.

The prices are ridiculous. I've compared used items to brand new items from Walmart and they were the same. It's not right. Honestly I stopped going in here. I used to go a lot looking for different items for craft projects but when I realized I can get it new from another store, I stopped going in there.

Found many useful items including a small thin hall table(whichappearedtoneverbeenused), which was a perfect fit for my entry hall. Many quality items that are more than reasonably priced. I try to shop there at least once a week. Good place to find many beautiful things that make great gifts.?

I can buy things cheaper at Walmart than Goodwill, and at Walmart it is NEW. everything at Goodwill is donated so every is 100% profit, I can't afford to stop there anymore, it is ridiculous. I guess the need to charge that much to pay their Million Dollar CEO's.

It is disheartening to observe the high cost of many items, particularly when considering that the sellers acquire them at no cost. Why would I invest $10 in a secondhand shirt when I can procure a brand-new one for the same price or even less from a nearby store?

I bought two blouses on Monday the 6th, today the 9th, Thursday, I went to change one of the blouses, the attendant said she couldn't change it because the item was 50% off. I told her if I could exchange it using the reduced value and making the complement in cash. The blouses were labeled, and I had the receipt. The answer was no. Result: a totally dissatisfied customer.

As I've stated before, I rank my thrift stores on a few things: price, sizing, and customer service. The pricing here is HIGH and I mean HIGH. $10.79 for nicer shirts, $6.79 for a SHEIN crop top I'd pay maybe $3 for on the actual app but the brands were a tad nicer. Sizing and organization was probably my favorite of ANY goodwill. It was sized and organized by color! What a joy to shop. Customer service was through the roof. Greet as we walked in, updated on carts and half off tags. This store was clean, organized and friendly. If you are down to spend a little more dollar, you'll vibe way harder than I did.
