Super helpful and saved me a few grand after I was told by one shop it was going to be 1k just to start the project and by another shop it was frame damage they looked at it replaced bushings and tightened up some stuff and for under 4 hundred the problem was fixed and the 6inch lift on my truck is on year 3 with not one problem ?

This place is a great spot . They had new Toyo Open Country MT 12 ply tires the same day I called. They also took care of some old lock nuts that were on the truck. Thank you I appreciate it

Always a great experience here.The gal in tbe office was super nice and the guys that did tbe work were very friendly and professional.I have never been able to beat their prices and service anywhere else that I've been.

Dan helped me so much! My truck caught on fire yesterday, and my front tire blew out this morning, and I haven't had any luck with getting tires. He did more for me than anyone has in a long time. It meant so much to me. Thank you!

I had them mount and dismount snow tires last year and they had raised their prices and passed on the credit card fees to their customers. I called them recently to find that they had raised their prices again and when I complained, the brunette lady on the phone hung up on me.

Owner is rude to his customers. He didn't know it but he lost out on tons of Business from us. I am sure his competition appreciates it though.

Went to them when I first got my runner 5 years back they were great back then. However these last 2 years they have been sheisty to say the least. They refused to listen to the issues I was experiencing nor did they even check what I told them my suspicion was. They did not take me seriously and assumed I didn't know what I was talking about. Last year I went to them back to back 6 different times for the same exact issue and it was still not resolved thousands of dollars later. They charged me for each visit to do the exact same thing multiple times including unneccessary spendy work with the occasional valid work. After the 6th attempt I went to another mechanic shop who had informed me Southern Oregon Tire is known for ripping women off specifically. They listened to my concerns and actually cared to resolve my issue. Found some things southern oregon tire did incorrectly as well and have a strong suspicion they intently did this to keep me coming back. My fault for continuing to trust them though. Had Southern Oregon tire just listened to me and checked what I told them I thought it was, my issue would have been resolved without the 5 extra visits as it was at my new mechanics shop. If you are a single woman and don't have a man to take with you, I highly advise to steer clear.

I have been going to this shop for years. Their work is fast and reliable. They have gone out of their way many times to fit me in their schedule. There is NEVER any surprise fees or charges, the communication is top-tier. They have always treated me with respect and I am met with a smiling face (Dakota). Dan, Jeremy, and Donna- thank you for everything over the years. I rented my first u-haul from Donna when I was 19. (Thank God she told me about the adapter I needed, lol) I highly recommend this business!
