Spectrum internet costumer service is the absolute worst. All they did was act like they couldn’t help us in any way. They were very condescending. We wanted to cancel the internet service because they kept raising the monthly price. Even though we were only 5 days into the billing cycle we were charged a full month and had the service shut off immediately. At the end of the call my wife and I heard them laughing at us just before we ended the call. It was very unprofessional and to top it off we paid $86+ to only have 5 days of service. Stay away from Charter/spectrum I would recommend using Morse code or smoke signals for internet before using spectrum internet!

Helpful and competent employee made my visit quick and easy. I was just returning equipment for a friend who had recently moved out of state, so the fact that the visit took less than a few minutes, was a good thing!

Brought in my remote select button doesn't work. They gave me a returned one. It doesn't work for the DVR. They said they were not going to get any of the remotes that we need.

They raised the price on my grandmas account and when I called to for an explanation I was told her promotion had ended. Thanks for not telling her. Anyways the customer service representative was not helpful and rude. The promotion thing feels like a scam.

Nice clean store, plenty of parking. Every time I have gone, the wait has always been long. The employees they have seem very friendly and knowledgeable but they need more employees for the number of people who come to the store.

First, make no mistake. The employees did the best they could. I'm not upset at them. I'm upset with the constant price hikes for existing customers. The rates went up over $60 in the last year. At the same time, they are offering way lower rates for new customers. Reread the last two sentences and ask yourself why so many customers are leaving Spectrum.

After receiving below parr internet for years I decided to cancel my service. This required me to turn in my equipment. Nothing wrong with that! I arrived at this location and signed in. You could see others waiting already. I was third in line. I waited about an hour to get helped and during that hour I had to listen to one of the employees crack "jokes" and laugh at himself while making all sort of goofy sounds and being overly obnoxious with his loud boisterous noises. This made the wait almost unbearable and just seemed unprofessional. Other customers had left while I was waiting. Once I got called up I was relieved I didn't get the "jokester". The gentleman that helped me was quiet and pretty much to the point which I didn't mind. He must of been on his break when I arrived. So no problems there. So wrapping everything up, long wait, poor customer professionality, and poor service.

The product is good. They need to tailor some services for Seniors who are on fixed incomes. The wait time on the lobby floor for service is long. They seem to be slightly under staffed for customer service. Expect to wait a good hour to be helped. More stars for better service and prices.

Very long wait. They say you need a "specialist" in order to drop off equipment.
After a 25 minute wait, they called us up and it was as simple as putting in on the counter and telling them my name.

Absolutely awful experience everytime I am forced to go there. Waited over an hour just to hand them a piece of equipment. Multiple people just walked out. Employees didn't seem to care at all. Total lack of caring about customers time. No business run so poorly should be able to stay open...

I expected a nightmare. I had a conversation with my wife talking about how I was to walk into DMV hell. Drunk people. High people. Stinky people. Waiting in line. Hours.
Nope! Made a reservation ahead of time and got right in even though it was packed inside. Dropped off my gear and was out in 10min.
