I went in to cancel my service because I can't afford the $80 a month just for internet on my now fixed income. They offered me a deal for half the cost in order to keep me. Why can't they offer those deals to loyal customers anyway? I also found out I've been paying $10 a month to rent the modem for the last 10 years. He said if I bought my own for about $80ish and gave them back the one I should own by now anyway, they'd nock off the $10 a month fee for that. They wound up cutting my bill to $50 but my speed went WAY down too. Man, they got a real racket going there, but the have a monopoly so what are ya gonna do?

Randomly raise your bill every single month, like its a punishment to get internet from them. Had a power outage, it come back on almost 3 hours ago and absolutely no internet connection.

The store is ok but needs a better system for entry cause after walking in youre kinda jogged around and disoriented with multiple people greeting and asking you to go sign in and wait and then when you calm down you find the tablet in the front but after that service was quick setting a phone up and getting wifi to the house

i live out in merlin & i can never make phone calls with spectrum mobile. the internet service & spectrum tv is ok tho

Worked with Lauri from FL over the phone to cancel the home internet we had through Spectrum. She was wonderful and definitely convinced me to consider switching back for the same plus more services. We will look into it in the future.

Spectrum internet costumer service is the absolute worst. All they did was act like they couldn’t help us in any way. They were very condescending. We wanted to cancel the internet service because they kept raising the monthly price. Even though we were only 5 days into the billing cycle we were charged a full month and had the service shut off immediately. At the end of the call my wife and I heard them laughing at us just before we ended the call. It was very unprofessional and to top it off we paid $86+ to only have 5 days of service. Stay away from Charter/spectrum I would recommend using Morse code or smoke signals for internet before using spectrum internet!

Helpful and competent employee made my visit quick and easy. I was just returning equipment for a friend who had recently moved out of state, so the fact that the visit took less than a few minutes, was a good thing!

Brought in my remote select button doesn't work. They gave me a returned one. It doesn't work for the DVR. They said they were not going to get any of the remotes that we need.

They raised the price on my grandmas account and when I called to for an explanation I was told her promotion had ended. Thanks for not telling her. Anyways the customer service representative was not helpful and rude. The promotion thing feels like a scam.

Nice clean store, plenty of parking. Every time I have gone, the wait has always been long. The employees they have seem very friendly and knowledgeable but they need more employees for the number of people who come to the store.
