I hope this reaches corporate. I honestly don’t know why you have gas attendance working because they don’t come out when you pull up, I understand there is self service and full service. If I pull up in the full-service lane means I would like someone to come out and do my gas for me. They will stand there and watch you or not even come out of the building to help you so honestly you’re paying for a job that is not even getting done. You might as well make everything self service. This is not the first time this has happened to me the last time this happened to me the man gas attendant was standing right there I had to jump out of my car and after when I couldn’t read the buttons, I was asking him questions. Then he tells me I can do it for you and I said I’m already out here doing it I just don’t understand why you have them there. You can save money off of gas attendant if they’re not even gonna do their job.

The guy was really nice. I was pulling a car with a truck and being inexperienced and tried to back out. The guy waved me to pull through. I hesitated but he said he’s seen away bigger rigs do it and it worked! Super helpful and friendly place.

The Managers at this location are rude and treat their employees poorly, spread roomers about their employees and scream/cuss at both employees and customers as well as completely disregard their employees well being. While most of their attendants for the pumps and cashier's are lovely and very nice people as long as their management are lazy and rude it is not worth the time to go to either grants pass location unless you absolutely have to after 6pm. I recommend avoiding both Grants Pass Locations in favor of Town Pump (cheapest in town) or Chevron/ Lil Pantry where your getting better gas or can grab a good sandwich. Notable employees at this location are Noah, Ian, Brandon and Tony who were always polite and tremendously helpful as well as quick and efficient.

New older lady is rude and doesn’t honor prices as marked. I buy two waters or two sodas when on sale and she never honors the price or goes and looks or removes the tag so the problem doesn’t continue. Don’t expect to pay the cost that is clearly marked.plus it smells like dead rats most the time.
