I came into the print shop with a half baked idea of what I wanted, the person helping me created exactly what I was looking for while I waited and it turned out perfect. The price for the printing was extremely reasonable.

This store did a complete 180 from last time I was there. The clerk told me that they had a new Manager. I will definitely be back, great customer service compared to my previous experience. Great job!!

If I could give no stars I would. I had to go find someone to help me. When I said VERY politely "excuse me, can you help me" I got a very rude sigh and she abruptly walked to where the item was and with an attitude handed it to me and walked away. Her attitude was so bad that I just walked out without making a purchase and WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

The employees seemed very direct not to the point of rudeness but to the contrary. Their effort to get everything correct was the most important issue and Lord knows getting it right is what honest good service is about. Hats off to the Staff at Grants Pass Or Staples ( it really does reflect good leadership as well)??.

Says you are open until 9 online, but you closed at 8. I drove an hour one way for absolutely no reason. Rediculous. How can you possibly get it so wrong?

Walked in today to get one single charger for my phone, 5 minutes before closing. Asked a quick question about a printer to a nice young man, then went to go grab our charger. We were approached by an older lady who seemed kind of irritated and asked if we needed anything, and we said no thank you. She proceeded to let us know we they were closed (6:01) and gave us a "hurry it up" look. She watched us all the way to the front counter and as we left and shut the door behind us, glaring the whole time.

This review is about the store. I have never used the copy center there. I drive all the way from Medford to Grants Pass to the Staples because of the rude uncaring people at Medford. I think that sums it up. I usually order and have it delivered to avoid the whole thing. But sometimes, I gotta have it "now". Their website is rather archaic so even ordering there is a pain. Anyway - I think the people in the store at Grants pass are certainly much more professional, eager to serve etc than Medford where they all seemed to be p i ssed off all of the time.

Super RUDE girl in the print area, and this is not the first time I've had trouble with her. The first time I just had one question and she totally ignored me for the better part of 20 minutes while she chatted with coworkers before she rolled her eyes and finally told me the wrong thing to do. The second time, I was printing out flyers for my mothers funeral and she gave me the same garbage attitude until I got one of the tech guys to help me before I did something wrong that would get me in trouble. Today, all she had to do was let me purchase my things, but she let me know in a huge huff that SHE IS TOO IMPORTANT AS THE PRINT GIRL TO LOWER HERSELF TO SERVING CUSTOMERS, then she rolled her eyes and walked away while I was still trying to ask her a question. I cannot believe this horrible human is still employed!! Don't expect good feelings in this place. She infects the whole atmosphere with her nasty!!

DON'T USE THEM FOR COMPUTER REPAIRS! I left my computer there because it blacked out. They assured me it was due to a recent power surge in the area and that they had several others that they'd been able to fix. They knew exactly what to do. When I dropped it off, they confirmed that the memory and data was still on it. Mine, of course, was that ONE that lost everything in the fix. They said they "scrubbed" it for the lost data, but it was completely gone. All that was left was some symbols and code. I asked about the copy that's kept on the hard drive. They said they specifically checked that and it was all gone. Years and years of pictures, videos, data - all gone. And for some reason also, the back-up hadn't worked due to some error. They wanted to restore it to factory settings and load back on Windows for a small fortune. I just took the computer as it was. On a whim, I took it to a real computer technician and he was able to get all of my "lost" data! He was also able to follow the path they'd left on the computer and confirmed that they had NO IDEA what they were doing! I'm so glad I didn't follow their advice and just accept the loss. JUST SPEND THE MONEY AND GET A REAL COMPUTER TECHNICIAN TO HANDLE YOUR COMPUTER ISSUES!! THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED.

I should have read reviews before trusting the copy of my watercolor prints. I was told by the girl at the counter that she was "new" and needed someone else to make the copies. She asked which paper I wanted for the prints, I asked to actually SEE the paper. She gave a heavy sigh before attempting to find two of the papers. I told her that the heavier paper may be the one. I asked for something to protect the paintings, she said that they wouldn't "hurt" them. However I stood there and she got a plastic protector. I was told the prints would be ready Monday. ( this was Sunday morning) At 4:30 pm I was called that the prints were ready to pick up. We headed down and when we were shown the prints I was floored. The colors were DULL and the background blue didn't even show up. The man said, "We tried several different times and this was the best we could do".....Then young man, why didn't you CALL ME. I showed him how the print just wouldn't do, however he started pointing out to me how its not possible to pick up the color. All the while actually putting his dirty finger ON the painting. I told him to get his hand off the painting..... What could have been better? If you aren't sure how the print looks. CALL YOUR CUSTOMER. I should have just picked up my original paintings and walked out. I paid for them.....50 HORRIBLE looking prints. Dirty finger prints ON the original. I am disgusted. And out $36.00. I tried to tell the clerk how watercolor paper was 100% different than his print paper.....Again, I should have read Yelp before walking in.

Absolutely horrible, the service rep is complaining about her break as she walks up to me at a turtles pace. I needed 7, 22x28 color posters printed today. The sign on the counter says 30% up charge for today orders, I pointed it out to her and said I will gladly pay the up charge as I need these today. She refused saying she had too much work, then walks away still complaining about her break.

0 stars- My husband went in to get three pages copied- no one was in there but one worker- who said he couldn't do it for 24 hours.... nice customer service- thankfully Martins Print Shop wasn't a total dork and did the quick job in 5 minutes. Need to hire better managers and workers before we ever visit a staples anywhere again.

Was asked if I needed help over 20 times within 5 mins and followed like I was going to steal, i don't get it I come here multiple times a week and all of a sudden I receive complete and utter disrespect also the staff is useless

Aaron at the print center was awesome very knowledgeable about PowerPoint, it's defaults and how to adjust defaulted settings to Staples' equipment
