By far the best Mexican restaurant in the entire valley. No joke. I worked with his family before they even opened the restaurant and the quality of work they do suspends reality. They are so far out of the world with the work and passion they put into their job. When I heard they were opening, I just had to get the food and boy was it amazing. The only regret I have about this restaurant is that I can't give them another star for their quality. It's 6 out of 5 stars from me. Above and beyond just like their cooking.

Awesome owner, she speaks Spanish with us every time we go. Their homemade salsa/pico de gallo is perfectly citrusy, chunky, and refreshing. The carne asada and al pastor tacos are super yummy. And the prices are low! Definitely feels like a hole-in-the-wall that you would find outside U.S. borders. Love it!

Bought a few of the spinach and cheese tamales at the CJ Farmer's market and they were amazing! Huge! Moist! Full of flavor.

A combination of the atmosphere and food are very reminiscent of eating in Mexico. Even the most simple dishes like a breakfast burrito or turned into Huevos Rancheros... absolutely delightful!

This place has awesome food! If you like a small ma and pa style Mexican food then this a great place to eat! Everything always tastes great. I recommend the fish tacos and chicken burritos... Yum. We eat here every Tuesday and are happy customers!

By far the best tasting and most authentic mexican food in the valley. The staff is friendly and prices are outstanding. The portion sizes are perfect. Unlike lots of other establishments that fill your plate with rice and beans. The tamales have been mentioned as "Southern Oregon's Best" and that description is accurate. I reccommend this restaurant to everyone in the area. Long time resident or just traveling through. Rosa Maria's is the best in town.

Really good food and very nice people! Tried the pastor and asada tacos as well as a pork tamale. All were authentic and delicious. Owners were awesome and made a special meal for my 2 yr old niece. We will definitely be back soon.

Wow, I feel pretty misguided by the reviews. The menu boasts "fresh tamales made daily", but I saw a few bags of thawing tamales on the counter in the kitchen. I ordered huevos rancheros. A plate came out with a scoop of refried beans, a scoop of rice, two fried eggs, and a tiny cup of salsa (not salsa ranchera). Tortillas came on the side. The eggs were unseasoned, which is inexcusable. This wasn't huevos rancheros anyway.

My family and I went to Tamales Rosa Maria after reading the great reviews here on yelp. They were right! This place rocks! They are very friendly and accommodating there and the food was excellent. I had the shrimp burrito and got the spinach tamale to go (which I am eating as I type this). :) The portions are large and filling. Their salsa is sooooo good and unique. I will definitely go back to this place!
