The staff is very helpful, caring, and kind, often greeting customers with a smile. Shoppers are left in peace to shop and are not followed around. It is a great family-run business with all different price ranges. Customers are very happy with their experience and highly recommend it, stating that every city needs an Herb Shop like this. If they don't have it, you don't need it.
