“A 5 Star service as always! The Manager and staff will always go out of their way to get me and truck exactly what I need. Their prices are always customer friendly! I learned a long time ago to build relationships with those who are helping you. Here in GP, PointS is the shop to build your relationship with. Thank you PointS!”
“Absolutely 1st class service...!!
Dealt with Corey, and he got our tires in (special size) the next morning, and quickly installed while we waited.
Pricing was great.
My new tire store in Grants Pass...!!!”
“Jerry had the tire that I needed and when I realized I needed a second one he mounted and balanced both tires on my wheels and installed them for a discount. Great customer service and very helpful! Will definitely go back and recommend him.”
“Recently had my oil changed and ordered a new brake light - interacted with the service advisor, technician, parts crew, and cashiers and there were all very nice and made sure I got everything I needed.”
“Recently had expensive custom wheels and low profile tires mounted and balanced, from the first phone inquiry right through to the as promised completed job. Professional and competent technicians....well done!”
“We made an appointment for new tires on our travel trailer. When we arrived, they were ready and started working right away. When the job was completed they met us at the front desk, no waiting in line. We paid the bill and were on our way. Convenient, fast, efficient, and friendly service.”
“The staff at this location are amazing, and very quick, explained what happened to my tire( had a nail I couldn't see) removed, repaired it, changed my oil, and sent me on my merry way, in less than an hour 😁❤”

“Last Thursday 8/13/25 we were on our way to a campground from Salem. We were following my Father and Mother in law who were pulling a 5th wheel... Unfortunately they ended up getting 2 flat tires along the way. We ended up in Grants Pass searching the internet, calling and calling for some help. Finally I ended up contacting Tire Pros and they had the tires my in laws needed... The reason I'm leaving this review is because it was 4:30 when I called (they close at 5:00) and we were about 15 minutes away, they said they would stay late to help us out. We arrived to be met by Kory the manager who took great care of my in laws who ended up getting 5 new tires. I didn't think that these types of people still existed in our world today and its wonderful to know that people like this would stay late to take care of some complete strangers. Thanks Kory and Tire Pros!”
