“THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! ♡ Goodfellas Towing helped arrange the rescue of me, my car and my travel trailer when my car suddenly lost all power while towing up a hill and I was stranded on the shoulder of the very busy I-5 South interstate 30 miles north of Grants Pass, Oregon. Goodfellas Towing stayed on the phone with me and secured their closest colleague, Bill's Tire Towing & Auto in Canyonville, Oregon to come tow me as Bill’s was closer to my location. My RV was safe when towed into the Goodfellas high security impound lot and Goodfellas treated me like family the moment I arrived. Every member of the Goodfellas Towing team is professional, has excellent customer service, and absolutely went above & beyond to make sure I got towed out of danger and back on the road. But when Bill picked up the phone, his chipper, helpful tone really calmed me down. My wife and I were heading towards Grants Pass from Wolf Creek last night and we lost our water pump on our Prius.
We called 4 places (one was a major tow company in GP) and they wanted anywhere fom $480 to almost $600 round trip!
We called A-1 and was surprised it would only be $192 for pick up to drop off! (I had to make sure I was hearing that right,lol!). We didn't have to wait long for pick up and after drop off we only needed to call the office to make payment after the truck left. Great experience...will use them again if needed!”

“Was able to get diesel in my truck while pulling our 30' 5th wheel. The handsome attendant washed my windshield very carefully, and gave me directions on how to avoid the traffic getting to a nearby fast food place. Very thankful for that!”
“I think they go out of there way to help anyone. I use there service a few times. And they were professional and friendly. I have to comment that. If you don't report to DMV notice of sale after your car leaves your hands. Your lazy. Everyone knows to. Go on DMV to you and file a notice of sale. It's even on the back of the registration page. Those people are just trying to survive in a world of lazy law breaking drug and alcohol users. Or shouldn't be behind the wheel. If you lose your car. They have to auction it for there loss. From your wrong doing. They didn't ask you to be a bad person nor to come in there lives. You chose to get in the car drunk. Shame on you. God bless all star 24 hour towing for your help with our lower class ignorant people and there fowl behavior practice. And garbage you probably have to clean up from them.”

After contacting our insurance company and not getting very timely answers we went ahead and called Caveman Towing, they were amazing! Timely, kept in contact to let us know when the driver was on his way and very professional. Wes got our car all ready to go and got us all safely home. He had some great stories and could not have been any more kind or helpful. If you find yourself in need of a tow and they are near be sure and give them a call, you won't be disappointed!”
