Management problems continue, even with replacements. Staff under trained and not helpful. Poor customer service because all bunched together in groups.
Pricing is higher than other TSC stores, especially now mostly imported shoddy quality from China.
Still refusing to offer a veterans discount, except for three days a year, when happily offered at nearby stores. New manager exhibited such dismissive attitude, when asked about the veteran's discount, motivated me to leave the desired items in the cart and leave the store.
Losing me as a longtime customer of Tractor supply at this store in Grants Pass, Oregon. I will happily drive to a nearby store and be treated with respect and desiring of my business.
As a stock owner in TSC, I am reconsidering my investment choices duly wholly on how I was treated this morning at the TSC store in Grants Pass.

Friendly staff, ok prices, and an occasional place to wash my pup. I say occasional because 3 times this year I brought my dog in (which is how I originally started shopping here) and the dog was down. Not to mention a couple times where there were issues in the dog wash area that should have been tended to. This was a really good way to bring people in as I was Not the only one, so Guess we'll have to install a dog wash in my shop. Even got a card there.

Always a great experience at Tractor Supply in Grants Pass!
Jamie is always an amazing help — friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to assist no matter what I need. This is my go-to spot for chicken feed and supplies.
The veteran discount process is a little exuberant — I understand why they use ID.me, but most local vets aren’t too eager to fill out more paperwork. It was hard enough just getting that veteran stamp on our driver’s license! Still, I really appreciate that they offer the discount at all.

I searched on line and found they had what I wanted, they advertised delivery for the item. So I drove to the store to make my purchase and was told that they don't deliver. I wasted a trip of 30 miles one way. Very lame! For an old disabled veteran this was very frustrating the fact that they don't honor what they advertise.

Homeless dragging a wagon. My wagon got a flat less than 30 days in. The manager could have told me to get lost, but instead donated the tire to me.

Used the pet washing station today. Shampoo, washing mitts, brushes, a water proof apron and towels were provided. The fee was $9.99 and the station was easy to find and easy to use. My dog and I enjoyed the experience together and we were done quickly.

Every single night your alarm system goes off from 10pm to 5 am. For a year. It needs to be remedied immediately you arre disturbing the peace .. figure out your alarm system immediately.
