“Again I had the need for Vehicle while my truck was in for recalls at the Ford Dealership.
These guys really care about their customers, nice cars, clean, non-smoked in. They brought the car right to the front door, did a walk around with me, explained some features and off I went back to Klamath Falls. Returning was simple and they gave me a ride back to get my truck.
You won't get that kind of Service Enterprise, Dollar, ECT believe me as I have been there.
These guys will earn your business!!!

“Service was incredibly quick and the gentleman running the shop took care of everything for me. Even though this spot is a little out of town, I would drive the extra mile or two to utilize this location again and again.”
“5 stars because of very good prior experiences. The latest would only get 3, but I consider it an anomaly.The 15 foot moving van was quite old. Don't know the year, but it showed a lot of it's 154K+ mileage and there were ergonomic issues like no step to get in and an accelerator pedal way too close to the brake pedal AND offset to the left more than any other vehicle I've driven. Also, the ramp would get stuck about 4 - 6 inches from latching retracted. Made pulling it out and putting it back in difficult.The appliance dolly had at least one wheel bearing shot. Took extra force to roll it with any load and it squeaked wickedly. Fortunately, I didn't have to move the side-by-side fridge I got it for. I'm not sure how that would have played out, but I'm guessing not well.Otherwise, Booth Street Storage has always been a great place to rent U-Hauls from. The people there are really nice and I've never had a bad experience from any of the various trailers I've rented from them. I highly recommend them.”
