Special thank you to Donna out of E st. U-Haul in grants pass. This woman made an uncomfortable task of renting a truck to a full filling adventure and pleasant joy ride of accomplishing a much needed chore when moving into a new home. Especially for a single father of 2 , with absolutely no friends or acquaintances to assist in moving. Thank you Donna

I’ve rented U-Haul trailers for years and have always had a good experience until returning a car transport to this place. Upon arrival I informed them I need to return a trailer and the lady in the office just told me to drop it somewhere out back. I drove around the back and began backing the trailer in when another woman who appeared to be a customer started pointing before walking off and it made no sense. Got the trailer backed in and there’s no one around at all so I unhitched the trailer and waited for a few minutes and still no one around so I went back inside to ask if someone could check in the trailer and give me a receipt and there’s now a different lady in the office and it turns out she’s the one that was pointing outside. She was extremely rude from the get go and laughed when I asked her why no one onsite was wearing a mask during a global pandemic and asked if I was going to give her covid. Again I’ve used U-Haul for years and never had any problems but the staff here is really y helpful and down right nasty. U-Haul has always hooked up and unhooked their equipment and the staff is usually pretty nice but this place is the complete opposite of the usual experience. Do yourself a favor and go the any of the other dealers in GP and save yourself the hassle.

Person who answered the phone was very rude and extremely unhelpful. After she was rude and unhelpful she hung up on us
