Jim and Ken Huttema run a first class operation with premium storage facility and U-Haul moving rentals .They are the BEST in the area and I would strongly recommend them to everyone. I have been a frequent U-Haul customer from them, and I will continue to do so in the future. Five out of five stars thank you guys! ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

Made a reservation a week in advance for noon. Got the morning of the rental that I had to pick up it up BEFORE noon or AFTER 3:30pm. Then why allow me to reserve it at noon if you're not going to be there at noon? Rented a truck and trailer, trailer wasn't connected to the truck. Truck was filthy. Asked about the after-hours drop off and what I had to do. "Just drop your keys in the box". I did just that and was charged $20, if I had known that I would have kept the truck until NOON the next day! Why penalize customers for dropping it off EARLY?!?!? also charged a $4 "mystery fee" that read "details at bottom" there were no details. Also charged a $1 "environmental fee" and a $1 "license recovery fee" that I never agreed to. All told $26 in "gotcha" fees.

I spoke with Amy and unfortunately we couldn't find the trailer I needed, BUT she went so far above and beyond my expectation trying to locate one. She was probably one of the nicest and most sincere people I've ever spoken with over the phone. So I guess this Yelp is for her! Thank you, Amy for your dedication to your job and customers, even if things didn't work out to be able to locate a trailer. I am waiting to see if one pops up though. UPDATE We did wind up with a trailer:) A bit smaller than we had hoped for, but it'll be very helpful! Thank you again, Amy!

This place is the spot for truck rentals.we had an issue with another facility we set a date with them 2 weeks in advance show up and we got the run around called this place and she worked with us we were out the door with a truck move went to plan and I couldn't say thank you enough to the woman on the front desk

Rented a truck AND a unit. Got hassled multiple times over the truck rental payment, which there was really no issue with. Even ended up with an extra lock on my unit over the stupid truck payment. I was OK with ALL of that (it was just a series of related mistakes). BUT they just told me I DON'T GET MY DEPOSIT BACK for my storage unit, because I didn't give a 1 week notice. BS! I specifically asked about this, at the time of the rental and was told, "You automatically get the deposit back when you move out and leave the unit clean" No one said anything about a week's notice! I didn't even know, 1 week ago, that I would be out now and my month is up, so I guess they just screwed me out of $25.
I tend to agree with jmjm. DISHONEST.
