I've been banking here for over 30 yrs. Luv this bank! They r friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Had a debt card stolen twice! They hot ally money back both times!

I had a great experience when I walked in everyone is very nice, clean parking lot, inside was simple and clean... However, I was told by the manager and the clerk helping me to call the store the next day about a situation of mine... so I call press 2 to talk to a rep @ the store and the automated msg started all over again, so I hit 2 again and the same thing keeps happening... I may be a millennial but I still like when ppl answer the phone not a damn computer that can't even do its job right... sorry but if I can't call and talk to someone and have to drive 45mins away from home just to get one question answered yall are doing terrible business... especially when your the closest bank to me...

I bring my father in to this particular branch because he prefers it and asks specifically for Nancy who works here. She has been helping my dad since he first opened an account with Umpqua years back. Nancy is a very sweet and patient person. We came in yesterday, April 25 with a handful of things we needed accomplished and Nancy helped us with all our banking needs. She really makes daunting tasks more bearable. Just want to say thank you and give thanks to Nancy at this branch!

Joy the manager of this bank is extremely unhelpful and was very rude on the phone . Do not I repeat do not use this location . 7th st Umpqua is much Better of an option . She did not have a solution for my over draw fee although my account did not stay In negative . The money was transferred back . Still charging me $35 fee . She was rude with her tone and I was really surprised this was the manager . I will be pulling my money out of this bank and going to another one based on my experience I had with her . Really disappointed customer !!!

So i am calling at 4:30, recording saying they are experiencing high volume of calls, no one ever answers the phone, it's now 5:11pm and they are closed but no one comes on the phone to tell you they won't be taking your call or have an automatic message telling you it's ok to hang up bc no one will be answering your call now since they are closed...
