I go into US Bank in Grants Pass often for the business where I work and every single teller is amazing. They are cheerful, courteous and very helpful.

Every time I go inside the bank, the line is a mile long. Please hire more staff. Since they shut down the allencreek branch I no longer want to bank here anymore.

It's a great bank, they are quick to catch purchases that seem out of your scope. Tellers and bankers alike are courteous and very helpful.

I have an account with US Bank for the last 4 months and a personal loan and they have been great. The bankers treat me like a friend.

I have banked with US bank for about 10 years. I always have a good experience there. Yes sometimes it's crowded but they move the lines quickly. Good customer service. I would like to give a shout out to Scott. Always has a smile on his face and gives great service.

Easy banking. The parking is convenient for the ATM, as well as inside the bank. Nice and helpful employees.Definitely a good banking experience.

This bank branch sucks! They NEVER answer the phone, even during their business hours. Long lines with one teller working at a time...ridiculously poor customer service. Bad, bad business procedures!

US Bank on-line payment & banking system WAS world class! They changed their service provider and all I've had is issues with payments. You can't tell IF a bill is going to be sent electronically or mailed or changed the next month to mailed. When you call to ask, their answer is it depends on the merchant; which isn't true. Their PRIOR systems always sent payments electronically and now over 1/3 of my bills are being sent via a check!!!!! I've sent emails, called, talked and it's totally useless! US BANK what has happened to your great customer service! I'm beginning to think I need a new bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love US BANK for one reason, Jennifer Kanchy. Jen has worked with me through some of the hardest, most stressful times of my life. She has went above and beyond on 4 separate occasions spanning 3 years and while I was living in 2 different states. I’ve never had any professional person take on my problems and work to resolve things the way she has in my 57 years. She is quick but thorough and makes it all more fun and personal. She is truly a people person who cares about her customers, inside and out of the bank. As long as she’s with US Bank, I will be as well.

The CEO cut back waaayy too far. Obvious layoffs, long lines just to make deposits. I refuse to do online banking, no matter what the Chairman of the Board decides for customers.
