Don't even go down this road. We signed up for the whole package. Went thru absolute hell trying to get numbers ported and then three months after i cancelled all services i continued to get bills. Then they claim they just canceled two of the three services when I canceled all services. Why would I only cancel partial services and then replace three services with another carrier. They must think I'm stupid. Of course they claim I didnt cancel all services so its my word against theirs. First I get a bill for $200.. And now the bill is over $600. I've reported to BBB and FCC as well as the Oregon State Consumer Protection. Two seniors on fixed income and they want to bleed us for their mistake. Crappie service with some stupid contraption stuck on our windows with cords and plug in hanging down the wall, had to reset the modem almost daily and even though we could make some calls we never recd messages. And the cell service kept dropping calls and I use my cell for part-time work to supplement our income. I'm not falling for their scam

horrible company. the service sucks and is overpriced. there aren't any alternatives so they screw you even by phone company standards.

Great visit, Brandon sorted out changing my account to business. Sorted out getting 2 lines into 1 phone and was friendly. Drew helped and kenzie was super nice. Thank you guys for genuinely good service.

I've been a loyal cutomer at this location for 15 years. My S24 went crazy & totally out of control. Brian & Keith were able to troubleshoot my phone. It was a miracle & performs better than ever. Thank you.

I had a very pleasant experience with this US Cell location. Upgrading and transferring phone data takes time and can be quite tedious... Kenzie helped me today. She is a delightful person and knows her job. She took great care of me, answered my questions and made the chore enjoyable and efficient. I felt that I made a new friend. I am impressed with Kenzie as an employee who can multitask, work quickly and treat people with great kindness. She's very good! Her coworker, Brandon was also knowledgeable, friendly and worked well with people during my visit. I can enthusiastically give this location five stars without reservation.

Yesterday my wife set up an appointment for me to upgrade my iPhone when she got hers. I was there promptly at 10 and Kenzie was ready to go. It was by far the easiest phone swap I’ve ever done! She was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She was helping other customers as they came in and made it all seem effortless. During this time she received a call from a very distasteful customer who was being rude and yelling at her over the phone. Kenzie handled it like a true professional and did everything she could to address the customers problems but the lady was just nasty. Kenzie never missed a beat and was patient and polite to her even though she certainly didn’t deserve it. I’m completely satisfied with my new phone but even more so with the superior customer service that I received and witnessed.

I upgraded and got a new iPhone today at the Allen Creek location. I’ve been a customer there for over the last 7 years. McKenzie was the associate that helped me and I have never had a more pleasant experience switching over phones! She was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and so incredibly helpful in deciding on the various options and services that suited me best. US Cellular needs more people like her. I made an appointment with her for tomorrow morning so my husband can upgrade his phone too.

Yesterday my husband and I game into this store to get two new phones. We were totally amazed at the service we received from Kenzie and Brandon. There were four different customers in the store and all four were getting served at the same time. All four customers were satisfied. I highly recommend this store with Brandon and Kenzie.

Kaylee Landreth who currently works at 1825 6th street location, when I walked in the Door helped me right away with a phone. She was very friendly offered great knowledge of all products in the stores.She Made trasphering my new phone a breeze and less stressful for me.Thank you again Kaylee!

Worst experience ever! Read so many good reviews and was excited to get help but left disappointed. There was a gentleman there I don’t know if his name was Braden? Brandon? Anyways, do NOT do business with them unless you like being ignored and helpless.
