I went in with my client who has cerebral palsy and is a quadriplegic All of the staff were extremely kind and respectful to her, they were patient and treated her with dignity like everyone else. They were accommodating to her and went above and beyond to make her comfortable!

I bought a phone for my daughter’s birthday but when she opened it, we realized pretty quickly that nothing would work correctly so I took it in to see if they can figure it out but they could not. I was told since I didn’t have the box with me I could not return it but I still had time to return it, so I came back 2 days later with the box to return it but they wouldn’t take it back because the 15 day window had closed. I’m stuck with a phone that I can not use plus I had to purchase a new one that actually works. I’m out hundreds of dollars. Terrible place.

These people who work at us cellular are as slow as molasses. And why cant you have a register open for people who just need to pay their bill.? Cell service is the only reason I use US Cellular. Their pre-paid plans are not great. Can only pay the day before or day that it's due. Can't justify spending hundreds of dollars on phones or services to switch to their non prepaid services. And I'm not that stupid person who values phones more than time.
And when your phone isn't working correctly, good luck finding somebody at the store who can help !

This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I spoke to a representative weeks ago and thought I had a clear understanding of what to expect. I paid my bill and thought everything was handled. Two weeks later I get a notification that I'm suddenly behind in the bill I just paid and they want me to pay immediately or they'll suspend my service. How the hell does that happen? Ive got receipts to prove that I paid on time, even early. This place is a complete scam. Save yourself the frustration of being nickled and aimed by a company who doesn't answer their phone and charges you to take your money.

Do not do business with them.
They telling different terms then what writen on the signed papers. The employees have no ability to help or make any decisions.
Worst cellular branch in town and horrible service.

I'm very frustrated with this store. I made an appointment for this store on Friday, 7/26 for Saturday, 7/27 at 1pm. On Saturday around 11am, I received a text message from Jason Murdock at that US Cellular store on Beacon, he offered to call me and help me resolve my issue instead of going into the store at 1pm. I accepted this offer since I live about 30 miles from this store, in a rural area. Well, by about 4pm, I never received a phone call. I responded to the text message I received earlier. I stated I had not received a phone call Jason said I would get to help me resolve the issue I was having with my phone. Shortly after I sent the message, which was about 4:30, I received a text message from US Cellular stating I had an instore appointment that day at 3:30!!?? I've been a customer for 5+ years and I'm ready to find a new cell phone provider! Not ok.

Got screwed by uscellular. Then when final bill of 36 month contract was paid, we called to cancel. They told us we still owe for something having to do with the way they bill. We didn’t think it was right but paid it anyway. Now they say we owe $180 more because of their billing cycle. When we called to complain, supervisor hung up on us!

I can't give 0 stars, or I would. I have been a USC customer over 22 years (cumulatively) never have I had a worse customer service experience than the past 2 years. I have unsuccessfully tried to resolve a number of service issues, the worst of them being USC's completely insufficient internet service, to no avail. I keep getting hit with hidden fees & no payment options other than in-full, right-now. Customer service associates on the phone are rude, condescending & unaccommodating to the bitter end. I get promised credits that never make it onto my bill. When I inquire, I am met with at least 4 transfers to other representatives, all of whom are uninformative & argumentative....& they each give me a different set of options, telling me that the options the previous representative gave were incorrect.
Unfortunately, USC has the best cell phone service coverage in my rural area. I have no complaints about the actual cell phone service. I have nothing positive to relay about the customer & internet services, though.
If you live somewhere that has other viable cell phone/ internet providers, I would caution you to go with a non-US Cellular option. Only go with USC if you have no other option.
I sure do hope things get better when T-Mobile takes over the daily operations of USC.

I worked with both Justin and Levi. They both offered great customer service and made our upgrades and phone swaps an easy thing. The rest of the staff were friendly as well, thanks guys

I came in and upgraded some phone lines. I came in and did one with Levi he was great and helped a lot. Was in and out. I enjoyed sitting down with him. Thank you Levi! Came in the next day to upgrade my teen boys with Freddy had the same experience. Thank you Freddy! You guys are always willing to go above and beyond to help us. So friendly. Thank you. The crazy crew.

The amount if issues we have with this company is disgusting and to make it worse, your "My Account" NEVER EVER lets me log on. I have to use a computer to get online. Came in and was told tablet was free, yet we are paying it off. FEED THE RICH

We have gone in for a variety of issues over the last couple years and each time we have been led to believe one thing and end up with more problems. After canceling several devices we were still charged for the next two billing cycles. We have been quoted a bill signicantly less than what our actual bill ends up being. We have tried changing account privileges and admin control to make things on my grandmother (the account is hers) who can barely walk, and we're reassured several times that I was given admin permissions, only to be told the very next time that I did not have permission, making it an entirely wasted trip as I had to come in another day. We have had us cellular for the last decade but the last 3 years have been absolutely trash. I am unable to use my devices 80% of the time and what little connection I do have is highly unstable. As soon as I can find a more reliable service we will be switching. I would cation anyone considering this company to think twice and get a different service as you will be nothing but frustrated with uscellular grants pass.
