My address is clearly marked on my gate. Mail carrier through it over my neighbors fence and their dogs ripped it up. I never received my package in good condition because it was delivered to the wrong address, even though my address is CLEARLY marked on my gate.

Welcome to the rudest and most incompetent place on earth. Save yourself the trouble and don't come here. When I bought my house, they refused to deliver my mail because they said my address didn't exist. Nevermind the fact that the people that lived there before had no problem getting mail.
Then everytime I have had to go there to pick up packages because they were holding them instead of delivering them, they had lost it. The women that work this place have a chip on their shoulder and bad attitudes.

I have been shopping out items to clients and my labels I pay to print (ink isn’t cheap) this specific location has a brunette with glasses that works there who is extremely rude , this location keeps doing this to my labels and my packages , which I end up happening to repack and re-ship everything . Even though my costumers pay for there postage and it’s clearly marked prepaid postage , this is not the first time this has happened, I feel I am unfairly and I unjustifiably being discriminated against by someone at that location . You can’t even see who it needs to be sent to again because they slap all these labels all over the senders name intentionally thus causing me to have to re-print the entire label and re-ship . Very unprofessional and I now feel that this is becoming a regular occurrence with this specific office in Washington blvd. it clearly states shipping paid for by purchaser. They keep bringing them back to my house . Saying postage due , when postage has already been paid by client . These should not be coming back to me . The entire box is ruined , I have to buy a new box and re-ship items , re-print labels because of how bad shape the packet is when it returns to me . Costing me even more money out the window . Don’t use this post office , they will cost you hundreds of dollars and ruin your packages they way they ruin mine .

I have informed delivery and had 3 total items that were out for delivery today. 2/3 of those items were purchases that I had tracking for. I got the notification from the website that my items were delivered and saw the driver pulled away. The only item in the mail was 1/3 items (1/2 of my packages). When I called the post office, the lady was the most unhelpful. She stated that my tracking number was wrong and she couldn't do anything. She said that that wasn't a real package because the usps would deliver an item with a false tracking number. Overall, this location especially sucks. Everyone I know has had issues with the horrible employees here. I would also like to know why the postal carrier stole my package and would like to know when I will get it back. There have been a huge uprise in this type of item being stolen. Yall actually suck.

My delivery person has lately been saying there is no secure location for packages or the driveway is unsafe. There were no problems before with delivery, and my little Toyota Corolla has no problem with the driveway. I’m unable to pick up my packages as their hours are the exact time everyone else’s are. M-F 10-4. I ordered re-delivery on all packages, and only 1 has made it so far.

Worst customer service in the world... Completely inconceivable uncalled for rudeness, absolutely no professionalism from the clerk at the counter. I'm amazed that this office is still in operation.

I've had issues with this location many times. It's either delivery or customer service you will have issues with, most likely both in my experience. I paid for 2 day shipping, my package took one day to get to this location and has sat at this location for 3 days now. Hopefully I will get a refund, but overall bad experience. None of the staff care or help so use the websites customer service page for issues.

Whoever is on the phone is giving out bad information, specifically that a social security card or passport would be sufficient as a secondary form of ID to obtain a PO box. I know for a fact that isn't the case. I was trying to get information as a 'transient' and the operator at this location was giving out false information and didn't seem to be very knowledgeable at all.

Was great a year ago, delivered everything. Now, they don't even drive to the house. I just keep getting slips in the mailbox that say "no secure location for package" even though outside of the gate there is a large box and a sign that says packages here...

The most useless place ever. Don't expect them to help you if you lose any mail or packaging. Will not be having any mail delivered to this post office again. Sticking with Merlin where they are respectful! Who ever answers phone calls needs to be fired . She is beyond rude and snappy .

This is possibly the worst post office I have ever encountered. Lazy, rude, inefficient and flat out just suck. It’s not hard to deliver things. They will bring half of the packages and then deny that they can bring others. They pick and choose what to put in lockers or just not deliver. They have said they couldn’t get to my address on days that they had already delivered to and they refuse to install parcel lockers at the lobby. I have had to return several items due to them failing to carry out their contract.

If I could give a negative review I would. I know this is probably going to fall on Def ears but I feel atleast here everyone can read my opinion. Instead of on some form that can get shoved in a trash can and forgotten about. It has been nothing but problems with our carrier and not bringing packages to us. She throws them in the rain to get ruined. yes I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of items ruined because of her. I got the excuse that there is no spot to turn around. Yet ups and FedEx with there giant box trucks have no problems. I've even had the post master out here and he said he didn't see any reason to not come down the driveway. And now I get a note saying our driveway is too bad to drive down. It's a dirt road and it's the rainy season. There are a few more pot holes for that reason but again nobody else has had any issues getting down my driveway and they driveway down worse paved roads everyday. Also when I went in to actually talk to someone face to face I get brushed off like they didn't have time for me and told it's someone else's problem. With that kind of attitude I'd be fired immediately. As an electrician by trade if I shut power off to your house to say change out a panel you would be pretty upset if I packed all my stuff up and just left you without power. It's called customer service and further more it's called fulfilling the responsibilities of your job. I could never get away with only doing half my job responsibilities why should they?
