Had a package arrive here 4 weeks ago, has not moved since showing up. still waiting and nothing after submitting a missing mail search, package was over $1000 in value, will be using UPS in the future no doubt.

I bought a package and my package has been sitting in the Grants Pass postal service for almost 3 days. If they haven't contacted me, they haven't said anything. It's just been sitting there.

Friendly staff !my packages reach their destination most the time. Only complaintIs it's really hard to get your money backIf anything goes wrong... i love that they do the q.R codes makes things so much faster and easier.

Dropped a package off at 4pm on Monday, (posted last pick up is at 4:15pm each day) I handed it to a person inside, it did not depart the post office until Friday!!! Very frustrating.

Come here weekly for my work and it’s always fast and they are always helpful. Special shout out this month to Shelly (aka mama). She really went out of her way to make sure my shipping needs were met and even put a smile on my face.

Ran in on a time crunch to open a PO box after completing the paperwork online and Mollie got it opened in like 3 minutes flat. You saved my Monday!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with the Grants Pass Post Office on 6th Street. I requested reimbursement of stamps on mail that was returned to me because of one of their machines malfunctioning. There were 3 tellers at the window with no line. One gal didn't know how to reimburse and told me to see Nancy the other teller. She was very rude and obviously didn't want to help me. I will not do business again with that PO. I walked out totally frustrated. Nancy should not be working there if she doesn't change her grumpy attitude.

I spent $277.00 to mail three packages to Grants Pass and the Post Office determined the address was vacant. It was not. Now all three packages are being returned to me. I called Customer Service and it will take 2 to 3 days to investigate the error by which time the packages will have been returned to me. I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and it was difficult for me to mail those boxes in the first place. If I send something to an address I expect it to be delivered I don’t need a judgement call by the local Post Office.

I am extremely frustrated that having my PO Box makes it so I can't get MY mail when it's convenient for ME!!!? It's becoming a freaking joke!!! If mail gets delivered on Saturday then the freaking PO Boxes SHOULD BE OPEN!

It's the post office.you pick up or drop off mail.theres usually a good size line in the customer service area of the building.
