Absolutely the worst service ever. They can't keep good employees there and when they're short staffed, they will shut the phone ringer off and you can't get ahold of them. The app is glitchy and keeps erasing my medications which need to be re-entered every time I place an order. They tell me all the time that it will be ready by a certain date and time and it almost always isn't ready when they said it would be. No amount of dissatisfaction seems to phase them. They just shrug and tell you that you're out of luck. Do they not realize that sometimes the prescription is urgently needed or seriously bad things can happen? What a joke!

I understand they are understaffed and it is difficult. I find the staff always does their best to help me. The wait is longer than normal in the past few months I will admit. I noticed the drive thru is back open so that's good news !

We were traveling and needed to refill meds at Walgreens in Grants Pass, Oregon. This location either needs another Walgreens nearby, or new management. It was inefficient in filling some prescriptions, and took too many days to fill it (they had not filled it in 5 days although they had the prescription), so we were not able to pick it up before leaving Oregon. That Grants Pass location also did not cancel the prescription we could not pick up, so we had to have another Walgreens call them to have the prescription cancelled! Every time we visited this location, there were long lines of at least 20 minutes, and that was inside the store, not even in the drive-through!

Used to be the best pharmacy around. Now it doesn't open till 10 closes early and closed on Sunday

I'm giving this review only based on my experience with the pharmacy. I did not shop there otherwise. I use another Walgreens in my home town and needed to fill 2 prescriptions while on my trip. (Side note: I tried to get this done before leaving but the one day I could pick them up, my local Walgreens was closed...I mean the entire store...because of a glitch in their payment system) I could never through on the phone so I went in. Only 2 people ahead of me, but only one employee working the register and the drive through and the vaccinating. It took awhile! I was about to compliment her on how calm she was with all she had to do, but no. An apparently new girl came to the register when it was my turn and she didn't know how to transfer a script so she had to ask that other gal. Then she told me that I did not have any refills but my other pharmacy had told me it was ready. So I politely mentioned that and was asking her to double check. She told me I had to call the doctor to send them the prescription, that there were NO refills since August. Weird because i just went to the eye Dr and they usually update it and dbl checked the pharmacy. Then this calm person got hot with me to where I looked at her and put my hand up and said "it's ok, it's ok, it's ok". I did not mean to touch a nerve or be the one to cause her to go postal! It was quite uncomfortable. I opted not to return and chose RITE AID instead! By the time I was leaving the line was so long! I'm guessing there was a good 30 plus minutes wait!

Although the wait time in line can be lengthy, the staff is always doing THEIR BEST to be quick and efficient with the customer load they have. Whenever I need help with a prescription, they explain things to me and help to the best of their ability. I'm in the process of getting a prior authorization which has been a complete headache. The Walgreens pharmacy staff have been so patient with me calling a million times to get this figured out! Thank you guys!

These pharmacy workers are great, yea I might have to wait on hold a while but it's not their fault. They have always figured out my prescriptions. These 1 star reviews are from crusty old people and rotten young people who just do t understand much. The pharmacy techs are great, and will help you if you're a nice human

Doesn't even deserve a single star. Takes 2 weeks and a call to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled. Drive-up window has been closed "due to staffing issues". Today the entire pharmacy was closed "due to staffing issues". Asked the manager if the pharmacy would be open tomorrow, her attitude and replies were beyond rude.

Pharmacy! If I could leave negative stars, I would. I've never come across such RUDE and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL people. Including the pharmacist! He argued with me about the meds I've ordered for the last two years, every month, over the phone (a usual 2-3 hour hold time, so kinda hard to forget) Telling me I'm wrong and those meds can't be ordered over the phone! And not in a nice way either. DO BETTER WALGREENS PHARMACY. RETAIN YOUR HORRIBLE STAFF AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE.
