Would be nice if you let your patients know ahead of time that vital prescriptions they take are out of stock. And help them find it. I understand its not your fault that it is out but the lack of communication is. Waiting until I come in to get it when I only get prescribed a 30 day supply that it is out and will hopefully be in the next day is unacceptable. Then having me call you for an update only to find you didnt get it again. I am now 2 days withoit and into withdraws. And being called the best you can do is have me call elsewhere. Zero care or respect for your customers

I had been getting my diabetic test strips @ Walmart for over 3 years. Every time was a bit of a hassle, but I was able to get them. because of my sugar level going off level at times I test up to 4/5 times a day (not always). this was the last straw. After making 4 trips to Walmart Pharmacy and leaving with no test strips I'm done. Poor communication. and at times quite Rude.

I've been going to this pharmacy for a little over 2 years and typically never last that long at other pharmacies, getting frustrated by the people working their etc. This location is really nice and even though they have tons of customers they still have a level of attentiveness that is rare at other pharmacies. I've also never had to wait for medicine to arrive at their location, so it seems like they always have a good stock of supplies. Sometimes their "techs" at the cash register can be difficult or not the friendliest but warm up to you over time.

The pharmacist at Grants Pass, Oregon Pharmacy called me himself, on April 15, 2020 to let me know that my dog's prescription "would be ready in one hour", and that I could come and pick it up. I waited for two hours and called the Pharmacy number from home. The line was busy. I went to the store and stood in line at the Pharmacy for 20 minutes to one half hour. When I got up to the counter, I was told that the script I had ordered was out of stock. The next day, I was called again and told that my prescription was filled and that I could use the drive-up to pick it up. When the pharmacist mentioned the drive-up, nothing was ever said to me about needing to make payment with a credit card. I went to the drive-up and requested my prescription. The tech that brought out my script became snotty when I went to hand her the bag of money for my order. She said that they only took credit cards. I told her that I had just spoken with the pharmacist and that he never said anything about needing a credit card. I told her I did not have my card with me. I told her she could count the money in the plastic bag that I handed her. I said it was all there. She said "I'm not touching it." (She had a pair of gloves on and a mask.)Fast forward to April 24, 2020. I received a phone call after hours from a Walmart Pharmacy tech by the name of Jacque. She told me that I had overpaid on my prescription that I had picked up on April16th, and that I could come and pick up the overpayment. (Interesting, huh?)I asked her what the Pharmacy hours were for the next day ( Saturday). She told me "8 a.m.". I made a special effort to be there before 8 a.m. When I got to the Pharmacy, the sign said the Pharmacy did not open until 9. I asked for a store manager and told him what happened. He called into the Pharmacy and was told that someone would leave their meeting and take care of, things. I waited another 10 minutes and no one ever came out. I had to go back outside and wait until the pharmacy opened. I made a call to Corporate abd filed a complaint. I will NEVER go back there again!

I was happy to see the action taken to keep us all safe at first . I felt safe shopping...but was terribly disappointed today when I saw only a handful wearing mask or ? gloves. And no one was able to help wipe down the registers before each customer If your employees are not serious with safety ....the customers won’t be either . We should have everyone wearing gloves and mask right now if possible ? Please help us all stay well. I really appreciate having a Walmart to shop at?

Save your time and go elsewhere. They don't have anything. Don't bother during quarantine as they only cater to seniors 1 day of the week, nice! Never liked this place, never will.

A senior and moved here a year ago. Have had to watch my prescriptions carefully. Mine were 30 pills LESS than ordered, which I had to make another trip to point it out, they made it right, long lines unless you choose an off time or walk around and come back, staff is usual for Walmart. Most are helpful and excuses seem legitimate. Population is growing, so why not the pharmacy????
