Great service. They answered all my questions. They installed the equipment and stayed till everything worked. If I need help, customer service is prompt and speaks to me in English using terminology that I understand. I love using a local company. Why didn’t I dump Century Link earlier!

So far the Webformix experience has been great. I only had one or two questions after a GREAT installation, and got a prompt and satisfactory answer, after leaving a message on a holiday weekend. Nice folks and fairly competitively priced.

The customer service has been great! The overall internet service sometimes slows down or modem has to be reset but it did with the old company we were with too. It’s pretty decent internet for out in the country. Better than I was expecting!

Fast and friendly service. The person who came out to see if I would have good reception at my home's location answered all my questions. He said I would have great line of sight from the position of the dish on my roof and he was right. I have much better reception than I ever thought l would living in Powell Butte.

I just moved to this location. Previous owners had Webformix so I subscribed. So far it has been good. No problems. Just a bit more expensive then what I need so I may reduce to the lower plan.

I have been a long time Customer here in Redmond and Recently added Internet to my other place in Grants Pass and like always all your Technicians along with Technical support always go over and beyond in all aspects of Customer Service . I wish i could suggest some improvements to you but i can't think of anything. You guys Rock! Chris DeBerry

They never answer the phone for one thing. Over the phone they didn't explain that it will cost a fortune if they can't make it work from the roof, also warranty pretty much doesn't count if installed on a tree so if it gets damaged you will pay full price again. It says that they run test from the roof to see if it'll work but they didn't. He just said we would have to use a tree and dig a trench to it ourselves. Don't waste your time with a appointment.

We are very satisfied with Webformix. Our area was not very user friendly when we shopped for internet service. It seems we are just outside most service areas, Not only did they provide service, they were affordable and the technician was great to work with. We recommend them without reservation.
