If you intend to purchase any alcohol regardless of your age, leave your kids in the car, hide your significant others who left their wallets at home. WinCo will not let you purchase alcohol, if ANYONE they deem to be in your party does not have their ID on them. I can't imagine having to get a babysitter to buy a 6 pack or a bottle of wine. It was an embarrassing situation to be turned away at the register because someone with me forgot their wallet. My friend was profiled as being younger which doesn't help either, they never even bothered to ask how we were related or who the drinks were for. This is all regardless of the employee already having checked MY iD as they should have when I was attempting to purchase the drinks. Wanted some light drinking and chocolate after a hard day at work and it suddenly turned into a frustrating waste of time and I went home empty handed. This may not be the clerks fault so much as whoever is training them. For the most part the clerk was very well mannered and polite but then the vigilante in them came out, refusing to sell to me as if they were saving lives out her in the WinCo self checkout line. Instead of me OR the clerk getting a manager I left as my frustrations were rising and no compromise was going to be made or entertained it seemed. I have been to this exact WinCo more times than I can count with this same person in tow too, not once has this issue come up. As a registered bartender, I'm well aware of the laws and regulations so the clerk had the right to refuse service if she felt I was giving the alcohol to a minor but she didn't ask me any questions, didn't propose a manager get involved, I was just told that I was SOL. Maybe some new policy has been put in place, maybe I just lucked out with a clerk who thought I was just a bad character but either way, my experience at WinCo was absurd so take this as a cautionary tale I guess.

Now that I have some power in the van, I can have food onboard again. I stopped at the Winco for bread, creamer, cheese and some sliced turkey. Hooray! The store is decently laid out and organized. I found the prices to be okay and the shelves were neatly stocked. I can appreciate the bare concrete floors - my cart worked well but it was a bit slippy here with a spill that had been tracked.

Great prices in fresh butcher meats, many cheese varieties, breads & large loose items in bin options

Prices are high. Very disorganized store, especially at checkout. Lady at self checkout made you feel like you were asking for the world when asking for help. She was rude and made you feel inferior. Only went there to shop because my choice of store was out of my coffee. The only positive was getting my Turkey on sale. The ticket price was $17, and I got it for $10. If my store is out of coffee again, I think I'll try to find it elsewhere.

It's very clean ,the prices are good However if you can't find something, don't bother asking the employees because they don't where stuff is either.

All the "things" friendly service, low prices + quality produce & pantry supplies. In my opinion, the fish is the freshest in town. Like donuts.. look no further!

I was not shopping but comparing prices for doing an inventory. They had representatives for most of the products and the prices were more than competitive against othe store I checked. There were several items I could not find

Went to check out and there were no lanes open. Obliviously we had to many items for self check out but we went over there anyway…The lady said we had too many items I said I know but there are no lanes open she said the machines can’t hold that many items and I repeated what I said the first time slightly more annoyed by her response and asked what she would like us to do. She proceeded to look over at the other lanes and said well one should be open so we waited 10 minuets for a lane to open no thanks to her customer service or helpful attitude.?In case your wondering the appropriate response would have been “ I’m so sorry I did realize let me call someone over to help you”It’s simple…

Love this store more everytime I visit. Great selection and quality at a better price than any other store in my area. Always excellent experiences with customer service as well.

Yours is the store I do go a lot. I always buy my ginger ale in the to go packets. You did not have any when can I expect to see that back on your shelf. I really missed it. You were the only one that I could depend on it being there. I hope they did not stop making it. I drink it every day.

Unfortunately they dont have pick up and I dont feel safe there because last time I was in there a scary man was walking around with a gun. Is this store dangerous? Why does he need a gun? I have been going to grocery stores for 50 years and I never needed a gun. Also this was late as my husband and I are immune compromised so we shop late in the evening...so makes it even scarier.

I went through Lisa V’s. Checkout line. She asked how I was,I said “good but the carts are not made for short people”, she flat out ignored me, no response, so I said, “have you heard that before?” Again no response. I get so disappointed in the lack of sincere and friendly customer service. Why eve ask me then.another time they ask, did you find everything, and I said no! Again no response, are you kidding me!,! I was totally ignored

Good selection and great prices. The store is usually pretty full of shoppers, but they keep the shelves stocked. Friendly helpful employees. Plenty of parking. They have things I can't find anywhere else.
