I don't know how they are in person but on the phone I kept getting a rude worker who cuts me off and interrupts ,asks questions and doesn't let me answer ,cherry picks what to talk about and they need to work on their social skills. This review is based on phone interactions. They seem extremely hesitant to answer any questions on how they can help, give the brush off to people coming from out of town like they're banned even when they are in the process of relocating like they're hobos trying to get freebies. Why do you even have a phone if you aren't going to let anyone talk ? I've called them for a yr and felt like u had to give a full quick bio in 30 seconds and then it's like I'm talking too much. If I wanted that I'd talk to my abuser or his family.

I really respect what these people do for people like me they helped me with a restraining order situation is the only downfall I noticed was they said they could help me get messages and video off of my phone and onto a CD but the days that I went to the women's crisis center nobody was there I went there a few days in a row

Thank goodness for this group. Over the years i have heard stories of how WCST met a person at the hospital, provided shelter, offered counseling, etc.. I would not hesitate to say that without this dedicated group of people our county would be much less safe. Thank you to you all who work tirelessly to ensure safety for all people. Keep up the good work!
