Woman at counter deliberately withheld mail. I worry by behavior she is using while working. Very rude

The woman working the counter is incredibly disrespectful, and unprofessional. Canceled our p.o. box without telling us and with no warning. Led to me not getting paperwork for important appointments. Does not respect people's privacy, I have had my mail opened before delivery. Also obviously under the influence.

The postmaster is always behind and withholds my packages because I dont pick up my mail as often as she'd like. Toxic environment and a woman on a power trip. She has claimed to not have my packages only to look around and find them. Not sure whats up w the postmaster but the office runs even worse than most govt. agencies.
