Cashier didn’t know how to read a passport and proceeds to ask for an I.d. When that is a valid form of identification, I don’t have my license at the moment. Maybe teach your foreign cashiers how to read a passport ;)

I had to change my debit card info because when I was buying stuff there they have skim readers there, if you don’t know what those are… they get put on top of regular debit card chip readers, so when you put your card into the their machine it scans all your info and keeps it, let alone if you use the tap feature. On top of it it will ask for your pin when normal ones don’t do that how do I know all of this ? Because 1. Dude has scotch tape on both debit card inserters and I was just obviously at the time to see it and didn’t have tap feature on my card yet… luckily I saw some suss stuff got new card went back to go see if it was just one employee doing it or the whole store -_- and they are all in on it don’t go here they reason why they don’t want your cash is because they want all your info when I went back I made sure I brought my homies we grabbed a bunch of things set them on counter and let him rang it up and when it came to pay I pointed to my friends the scanner to show them what I was talking about…. We all started laughing because the dude really was trynna act confuse when I grabbed the scanner started to try to peel off the tape he wanted to stop me. So I told him nvm and we walked out I warned the customers on the way out and went across the street to go test my theory at chevron… and guess what no asking for PIN number when I use tap feature on my new card :) so count your days at that job and they owe some money for scimming my first card

Having seen the previous review mentioning a refusal to give appropriate carryout bags, I asked the cashier if they had plastic bags before I paid. He said yes, and then made a great show of taking his time getting my Pepperoni pizza after ringing me up, and asked why I hadn't paid when he returned to the till. I told him I was waiting on the plastic bags he said he had before I paid. Only then did he admit to only having paper bags. When I asked to see how sturdy the handles were before purchasing, he pulled out paper sandwich bags! Ridiculous! I cancelled my order and walked out. Order appropriately sized bags or stop carrying products large enough to need them. Don't forget that Safeway is a two minute walk away and that your usefulness is limited.

Super sketchy owner and place they have hot food that should be in the garbage but they'll sell it as fresh I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here or buying any of there hot food who knows how long it's been sitting there. Normally I wouldn't waste my time writing a review but this place is really disgusting used to me much better a year and a half ago. I would not trust most of there food

Purchased a large soda drink. A combo of coke and Dr Pepper. Got into my Car and on on the freeway when I took first drink. The store has tampered with the mixing valves to extend the syrup. Had it been one flavor weak I would say it was out of syrup. But both flavors were weak I used to maintain bag in box machines and this one is dispensing colored water. Get out the graduated beaker and set the mixture correctly. I did not pay for carbonated water. Dishonest as it can get.

The clerks that work the night shift really need to learn English or Spanish so they can understand customers.. or atleast tell people what language they speak so we can use a translation app to communicate

Night person always closes at the same time that the system is down. And what a coincidence it's always at the same time every night.

Friendly cashier. The store is clean, and generally speaking, you won't get bothered by vagrants.I use the Amazon pick-up location here. 24 hour access is nice.

I had to ask for a Slurpee cup because they were out at the machine, and the guy was strangely rude about it. When my girlfriend tried to take the cup from him he yelled at her "it's $1.75!" (or whatever). Like, of course we'll pay fir it, but they used to let you fill it first. Also the cup we got didn't fit the lids very well.
