They accused me of stealing when I brought my own drink inside. Then they made me pay for my own drink again. Therefore they stole from me. I will never set foot in there again. They also don't honor the points from the 7-11 app. Plus they skip over the part at the register where you can save $1.

The cashiers are very friendly and always there to help. They have a good stock of things, and I'm usually in and out of there quickly!

This store is the worst 7-11 in town. Every time we come here for smokes the price is different depending on who rings them up- & I don't mean different days or later in the month. Sometimes within the same visit.
They refuse to forward the buy downs that Camel (cigarettes) gives them for customers & rips off their patrons. It's cheaper to buy multiple packs, than a whole carton of cigarettes.
It's $93.30 to buy 10 packs of smokes, because you get the Camel buy down & the 7-11 buy down (for $1 off for every 2 packs you buy, which for some reason they don't apply when you buy a carton- which is 10 packs).
When you get a carton it's $98.30. Still 10 packs of smokes. $5 more. Make it make sense.
No problem, I just order them by the pack instead, right? Where the problem comes in, is that I'm buying smokes for me & my boyfriend - so I order 20 packs at a time. & They refuse to apply the 2 pack discount to more than 10 packs at a time, because it's "a once daily, per customer discount." (According to the cashier.)
So I order 10 packs, go out to the car & tell my boyfriend he has to go in & order his own 10 packs. He goes in & asks for 10 packs & she tells him she "knows what we're trying to do & can only ring him up for a carton & isn't giving him the 10 pack discount" & proceeds to ring him up for a $98.30 carton. Despite him being a different customer.
When you point out the price difference, the female employee who works here will snap on you & scream at you about being wrong on the pricing. It's a horrible experience for introverts who don't like socializing & being in the public eye & just want to buy their products & go home.
I wish I could say this is the first time I've experienced this kind of discrepancy in pricing, but it's become a regular occurrence at this location, so I won't be returning to this 7-11 ever again & I can't say I'd recommend it to anyone else either.
& I'll definitely be contacting Camel to make sure they're aware of your pricing practices. Shame on y'all.

I got what I needed. I was looking for pound cakes but what I found disappointed me. The quality was lacking: this particular brand tasted like it was packed with preservatives. I had one slice and checked with my mate, and we can't to the same conclusion. Not worth the purchase and quite unimpressed at the offering. So we will give 7 Eleven a wide berth when it comes to their baked goods.

Very rude girl there today in November 12th at 11:43pm she told me she couldnât hear me and hung up in my face and when I called back she repeated what I said before I said anything so how didnât she hear me if she repeated what I said before she hung up on me and why did she hang up I wanted to ask about loading money onto my chime card and if all locations had that available or only specific locations which is something the cashier should know especially If they are working for the store and since none of the numbers for for any other location in Oregon Iâm asking the person who works for 7Eleven, maybe she just have poor multi tasking skills maybe she just knows NOTHING about the place she works for maybe she is just here for a check but maybe next time donât pick up the phone if you have customers or itâs as simple as picking up the phone and asking the OTHER customer to hold and I wouldâve waited for her to give me her undivided attention after she was done with the customers in the store she told me she had customers as if I wasnât one because I called in super weird not a good weird either thatâs just sad how some people can be so miserable and bring it to work! It should be 0 stars honestly!

This 7-11 is true to the brand, and is always clean and in order. The clerks are always nice and if you listen every time someone walks in the door you will hear someone welcome you to the store.
